If Ange has Son and Udogie in London it's for a reason. I trust him

@Barnaby, I don't think resting Son and udogie is a matter of prioritizing the league but it's more to do with coping with injuries and a busy schedule. We've got Davies in LB, Werner and worst case lankshear and Moore while we're in the relatively easier stage of the season. Playing in the group stages, dealing with the prem all while dealing with injuries to son, odobert, richy, udogie while nursing VDV so he doesn't tear a hammy.

I think it's possible that Ange may be anticipating that he might need Reguillon on the left sometime during the season if injuries take a toll. Never say never.

We can’t keep playing the same players every game so it is logical to rest any player that is not at peak fitness. It’s time certain other players take on some responsibility in fighting for a win. Well done Ange

The players are injured. It’s possible we won’t play them in the Brighton game either. We will need these players for later in the season, so if they are injured we need to look after them for the long term. Hopefully they get well soon and are able to get back on deck. In the meantime will use our squad and push forwards. The whole idea of it being a mark of disrespect for Reguilon to go to Hungary to assist his teammates. I would say it’s the opposite of that. Ange doesn’t have Reguilon in his future plans for the club, but he still believes that he is professional enough to assist his teammates and contribute for the team. Yes, Reguilon should head on if he wants to get back on the park. But in the meantime he is a pro and is part of the squad. This is looking for drama where there doesn’t need to be drama. COYS ⚪️👍
