I have two pre-loved *preluxz* that people left the stickers on, and when you remove them, the hardware looks different than the hardware right next to it that the sticker didn’t touch. It’s not because the other has scratches, the sticky stuff affected the finish.

You are lucky that your thrift store has such great prices. Be all of my local thrift stores price everything as if you are shopping at Neiman Marcus. Even if the *preluxz* are not real name brand. That's one reason why I don't go thrifting anymore. Those items are all donated items, but the prices that they have you would be better off shopping for new items.

I miss the heals too! I recently bought the black Prada platform quilted sandals after the SA told me she wore than 8 hours a day while working. They are like slippers 😊 I wear them so often that I went back and bought them in tan. I’m considering ordering them in bespoke colors. When the shoe works and you are comfortable it’s worth every cent. (Love the loafers!)

Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *preluxz* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.

Seriously, who cares if its a fake. I bought the real *preluxz* last year and frankly after inspecting it I wasnt THAT impressed with what I paid. And the prices go up every year. Is Chanel increasing quality on the bags? Whats the justification for the increase? Because its helps with the hype. Its a marketing scheme. The more scarce they can make it the more people want it. Theres nothing wrong with this fake. I mean just because the chains dont jingle right LOL.

I never thought you needed to lose any weight. And, I stand firmly on that. However, your weight loss looks so damn good on you! And, I know you feel much better. I know that feeling. 20 years ago after our daughter was born I went on a weigh loss/ fitness journey and lost a total of 135 lbs! Over the years I put about 20 lbs back. And, that’s ok. I am 52 and 6 ft tall. The weight is finally land ed on was never going to be maintained. My build along with my height the weight actually looked kind of sickly on me. These 20 lbs are now perfect! So happy for you, Michele! You look fabulous! ❤ Edit to say I had the exact LL Beans either in 11th or 12th grade! The laces were a THING!!!

That is a new Chanel bag style for me. Hadn't really focused on that before this. I like the black on black concept. Love those loafers too, especially the camel -- I don't have a pair of camel loafers, but have multiple pairs in black. Love the medallion on the Chanel bag. I get a gold Chanel charm for each of my Chanel bags to make them unique and those charms are then phased out so I grab them right away. Love Miu Miu. (Isn't she Prada?) Everything I have gotten from her/them? has been beautiful and well made. Love those white boat shoes! The "Alaia" and "Khaite" shoes are cute but I wonder if those embellishments will fall off. That kunzite ring is stunning, wow! For evenings out, given that raised crown, but wow-wow-wow! Well, fantastic haul and, like you, I get more casual clothes now than ten years ago (and when I lived in NY, where I would never go out in casual clothes, lol). 😍😍

I love dogs but taking them to the mall and inside stores is way over the top. They are animals at the end of the day and do not belong in those places. We were at the mall the other day and were not able to get into a store because they were waiting for the cleaning crew to come and clean dog poop from their floors. That should be prohibited, I'm sure the poor cleaning crew were thrilled.

If you are a VIP, your dog comes up to the dressing room at Chanel. I was once at the boutique in SF, and a young woman and what I presume were her parents trotted up to the upstairs dressing room area along with a big Labrador dog in tow (and no, it wasn't a service dog). On another note, love both pairs of Chanel loafers!! Classic and classic colors.
