What people forget about the RBPT department is not only have they taken alot of the Honda people, they have also taken people over from Mercedes engine department as well as the collaboration from Ford. Redbull might be the suprise in the engine department come 2026.
The issue with Max going to Aston Martin would be if they would be willing to tweak the car to Max's preference over what Lance Stoll, the owners son, wants. With Honda as the engine supplier I see Honda requesting a Japanese driver in their lineup.

I figured part of the reason Honda isn't going forward with Red Bull in the next generation of cars was because they wanted Yuki in the top team not the secondary team. That is just pure speculation on my part though. Honda is well known for their reliability in all of their engines.
The son will leave to WEC and drive the new Aston Valkyrie, thus making room for Max, because he has an out in his clause if anyone like Newyie would leave.
AM will have the same power train as present RB. Given it picks up the top leaders from RB it may become a pseudo RB itself. Everyone knows that aero doesn't matter if the power unit are not competitive like it did in 2014-2017.
Max will in all likelihood stay at Red Bull all the BS about him moving elsewhere appears to have little to do with reality and more to do with the talking heads having something to talk about. unlikely, aston have an almost unlimited budget with lawrence stroll and are partnering for honda engines for 2026 which is what max has been using recently
