➤Puff pastry:
Flour-500 gr.
Milk - 220 ml.
Sugar - 60 gr. (3 tbsp)
Butter - 80 gr.
Or margarine
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Yeast - 1/3 tsp
➤For the layer:
Butter - 80-100 gr.
Or margarine
Vegetable oil - 60 ml.
Flour - 2 tbsp
➤Cream:
Chocolate - 300 gr
Cream - 250 ml
Powdered milk - 3 tbsp
➤Leave the dough to rise for 1-1.5 hours. Once the dough has risen, divide it into 10 equal balls.
➤Roll out and spread a layer over each flat cake as in the video.
After layering, cover the dough with film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
➤My mold is 20 cm in diameter, almost 6 cm high, I cut the strips 6 cm wide.
The cromboloni was 14-15 cm in diameter.
➤For the remaining two strips I made 2 small cromboloni.
➤Grease the pan with butter or margarine and sprinkle with sugar; also sprinkle sugar on top of the cromboloni to form a caramel crust.
➤Wait until the cake rises.
➤Bake for the first 30 minutes. at 170 degrees, then remove the weight from above and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes. at 180 deg.
