Reminds me of when the babies get cradle cap and you gotta comb out the flakes. Satisfying!!!! Have you tried using baby oil to help moisturize your scalp ?

This condition is connected to auto immune disorders. However no it does not make the head stink. The substance that comes up after flakes are removed is natural hair oil, which may or may not require washing after removal. Sometimes It’s very painful to remove.,

@@sabrinamoreno300 wow. I actually have scalp psoriasis tyvm. Even ppl with psoriasis need to shampoo. Even ppl with psoriasis get oily hair that needs to be cleaned. All I asked was that she wash the scalp AFTER the scraping to see the hair clean and removed of all the oil and tiny bits. I know better than anyone how quickly the flakes return but I still love a fresh shower and enjoy the cleanliness of my scalp after a shower.

I believe it must feel nice to have those flakes scratched and removed from his scalp. I never had flakes that big. I have "some" flake but a verry smal amount and not like this guy. What can cause so many big flakesvlike this??

@@phoebehayton4483 it's not psoriasis. His scalp is healthy and not pink or reddish plus, psoriasis is hard to get off of the scalp. A lot of times it sticks so badly that the scalp feels very tight.

Psoriasis on scalp. Skin reproduces too fast. It lifts. If pulled off scalp then it’s painful. I had this at age 8. Just learned it is a by-product of streptococcal infection. A does of anti-biotic would have cleared me up. Sad that I did decades of paying for that infection.

Unless you are allergic castor oil is a little less rough than coconut oil, this is not the same thing as simple dandruff.

It’s most likely product that’s used on the hair. I’m African American, therefore my hair texture is genuinely dry. There are very few moisturizers that I can use that won’t “sit” on my scalp. They are absorbed a lil at a time and the rest dries onto my scalp and tends to flake up over time if I’m not careful. This was confirmed by a licensed cosmetologist.

It's really hard for me to believe that this is really dandruff. How come the scalp isn't getting red or even pink from all the scratching and tugging? Well what ever it is this is gross, captivating but gross none the less.

It’s more or less Fungus and dandruff stems from Fungus. It comes from oily or sweaty scalp and looks like their scalp is very oily.

Because the dry skin grows around the hair shaft. If you look at it up close, you’ll see the holes where the hair grows.

This is NOT dandruff. it's a fungal infection and ahead not wearing gloves. That's why she has so many customers. The fungus moves from head to head with her unsanitary conditions.

I am starting to beleave it is done on purpose. Someone living on the streets that do not bath o do not even comb their hair .... But this is a person with a decent hair cut and by just combing your hair most should come off . At this level the dandruff should fall off itself. So it come to think that they are being paid to never touch thier own hair.

This isn't psoriasis. His scalp is healthy and with psoriasis it be pink or reddish. Plus, the flakes are hard to comb off. Sometimes they stick to the scalp so badly that the scalp actually feels tight.
