Please trust me, I also had severe dandruff problem. But now its gone. Just do this :- stop using soap/shampoo/comb , only wash hairs with Luke warm water then apply coconut + lemon juice alternate days and coconut oil daily (I use patanjali oil). My dandruff is completey gone. (1 week)

You're right, my mother also says the same she says to apply coconut oil daily to get rid of it completely. But most of the people will not use it as it will make their hair look weird and affect their style. Rather they'll use expensive products and medicines whereas the complete solution is in their homes only...

Grind neem leaves with water and make it as paste and add a lemon juice in it apply gently on the hair and leave it for 10 min and have warm water headbath no hair loss and no dandruff

This is not dandruff, this is a condition called caeborrhic dermatitis which can't be cured topically instead it happens due to body parameters. Proper medications has to be taken to avoid permanently. This cleaning will work just for 2 days and as the scrubbing happens for whole head, the condition spread to the whole head as well!

@@saQikhan207 First have to treat internally, you need to take hair fall screening test and find out the deficiency. Then keep taking medicines. Parallely there will be steroid topical creams you need to apply for 6 months. So initially for 6 months the frequency of medicines will be high and gradually reduce the intake based on the symptoms.

@@saQikhan207 it can be only recommended once u take hair fall screening test. If u take wrong creams or medicines , it might affect the opposite. Hence self care on steroids not recommended. For reference there is a lotion called zydip which is somewhat useful but it may not be available in all areas.
