Daniel I cannot express the gratitude I feel for getting to go on these little journeys with you. I've been following you since the early 2000's, about 22 years. I am a 68 year old grandmother that loves poker. I have taken your master class and your RU-vid tutorials. I know your game has evolved through the years, but in watching these vlogs, I noticed something was missing, and that would be your hunger for the win. The money is not a huge draw for you because it's not important to you, the POY is not as important to you as it used to be. I think you just need to find a reason to win other than your love of Poker. Regardless, you are my favorite Poker Legend of all time and I will continue to follow you.
it happens with many players and winners in many games and sports. especially one that the prize is money! They lose the hunger to win. Sure, he's chasing bracelets. but the money doesn't mean much to him. He even said this. If I had 30 mil in the bank, and i lose my hunger to win more money. (which I probably would) then I would play for charity. Play for children's hospitals. Play for family members. For my fans. I would play better this way knowing I'm playing for other people
I can't say thank you enough, Danny. The VLOGS are so special and I appreciate that you show the real nitty gritty grind of the WSOP. I think you had a great series and you made it fun. I think you enjoyed the summer and that's awesome.
You’re a poker ambassador and great poker teacher. I really learn a lot from you like probably a lot of people. But you’re also such a good soul an entertaining guy. My favourite parts are the impersonations. They are so accurate. So funny. It’s a pleasure watching you Daniel. Always looking forward to the next video.
Can absolutely understand the payback scenario that you talk about, but for the people who get to see you on the tables and those of us that watch the blog, as an ambassador of poker see you is priceless. It adds to your reputation and all of the great work that you do for the poker community. I think that we are all grateful that you are such an approachable. Thank you for doing what you do/
Like the threads, sartorial masterpiece. I would imagine after working so hard that it will feel a bit empty when all of a sudden it is over. I am sad to see the vlogs end. Thanks so much for sharing your experience Daniel.😊
been following your WSOP vlogs since 2017, always will be expecting a new video every morning. and every time when the series comes to the end, its a bummer that we will have to wait for another year. good run this year, learnt a lot from ya! stay healthy as always
Thank you so much for all the WSOP vlogs, it certainly makes the summers more entertaining! Best part of all was me on the rail being able to get to see you play live in the 2-7 lowball. Good luck to you Dnegs, and thank you again for signing my copy of your poker book! YOURE THE GREATEST, OH YEAH!!!!
I know so many others have been complimenting you but I also wanted to say thanks so much for doing these VLOGS Daniel!!! These take a lot of work to do but you do them every single day and we are so grateful!!! Gonna be sad when these end.
Daniel, you have been my favorite poker player since 1999 when I first started playing. You were just starting to chisel your name into the stone history books of poker. You have done nothing but be classy and educate the crowd. Love you bro!
Keep in mind on those 3ks the 1500s and those lower stake tournaments are for people like me, where a 3k tournament is a big deal. The 50ks the 25ks the 250ks, those are for you, but these lower stake tournaments are "for the people"
You grow more humble and giving by the day Mr N I wrote a longer comment in your vlog the other day but again just keep proving my point. You’re a good person and greatest ambassador we have ever had for the great game of Water polo. I mean poker! GG pal
Daniel. I wish you luck my man. You’re humble and kind with others and give the most valuable thing we have apart from health and that’s Time. You have time for everyone. Inspiration my friend. Love to you, Amanda and the pup pups . 👍👍👍👍👍
My wife and I love to watch your vlogs and the first thing she said watching tonight is , was your zipper down when you were showing your pants. I guess I know what she was thinking about haha 🤣. Good luck the rest of the way. Thanks for another great year of WSOP Vlogs
Another great Vlog Dnegs! Going to be so sad to see these end, it’s the one thing on RU-vid I truly look forward to watching daily now for 6 weeks! Wishing you all the best in the tournament, but especially after the WSOP is over. I’m sure for a player of your caliber you live for this tournament series. I still think the VGKs messed you up early, hopefully they won’t put you in that situation next year and my Stars will be in the finals! Have fun in your downtime with Amanda, Rocky and Apollo!
Will be another long year till we all see this amazing ride from DNegs(and let's not forget the PUPPIES). Hope WSOP Europe will be on the list so we can still enjoy your videos.
@@DnegAntifanI threw up. Had to clean my handy from all the puke before i write you. To not like a person is completly normal and OK ! Just avoid this person, right !? To not like a person, but watch his videos. Then make a whole new account with a hater name and actually comment under his video that you just watched from a person you just don't like. It's a lot of work just to let someone know, that you don't like him. And not a "normal" "healthy" way to handle this kind of normal situations. What you do helps nobody. Not really you and DNegs is too experienced to let this bother him. People that are that "famous" always are polarizing. Just the way people handle the interactions are different. Life is to short to be "anti" too sirious and bitter!
Daniel its soo enjoyable to watch your vlogs and watch you light money on fire nonstop. LOVE IT !!! Now please head on over to Triton Poker and light more of your endless trunks of money on fire.
The buy-in analysis would be interesting. It would also be interesting to know if rebuys are profitable. Sum up all the wins and losses when you are on bullet 2 or 3 or 7.
I appreciate that you take the time to talk to fans given the frustration of being busted. It takes an absolute legend to maintain humility and realize how fortunate you are (exceptional skill and work created this) to be in the position you are in. Last WSOP I enjoyed just watching you from afar and appreciating being in the present of a living legend. We do not appreciate how blessed we are until they are gone (RIP Doyle). Blessing and support to you and Amanda (who herself is an inspiration to be in the spotlight regardless of her feelings/health). Much love from people in Canada.
I was on a stream with Jonathan Little and I was talking about Daniel. I said I have been watching Daniel play for over 25 years, when Daniel is concentrating and is not distracted he gets in the zone. When he is in the zone he trust his gut and his instincts are spot on. Get some good rest Daniel and bring home the Bracelet.
Thanks for your vlogs. However, the repetitive complaints. about the structure of the $1500-3000 events is boring and misplaced. The vast majority of entrants in these events have no chance of finding similar structures , and variety, anywhere else. Very selfish of you to want to change these to please you, and the other "high rollers", grinders, etc. Avoid them if you don't like them, but leave them alone.
shit man daniel got me with the emotions in the car drive.... im gonna miss you to daniel since its soon over therse 46 days has gone so fast. gl from denmark
Putting some numbers on his talk about deep runs not counting for much, Daniel was -$1,116,848 on day 46 last year but was running way worse. It's amazing how much not cashing those bigger buy-ins hurts the overall total with Daniel being down $718,760 this year despite all those well played tournaments and favorable all-ins relative to last year's cold deck.
Doesn't the slower structure favor the more highly skilled player? I would think Daniel would like this since it probably gives him more of a chance to realize whatever edge he has against the field.
It’s not about the skill, it’s about the other events he can be playing too. Playing an event for 3 days and not make any money when he coulda hopped into a different event possibly… makes it a waste of time
Sucks that the committee that makes the structures are mostly multi millionaires. They are on a mission to make every tournament a rebuy fest super turbo. The money means nothing to them. They just want a quick bracelet.
I really like your "Miami Vice" outfit. You look good in that blue shirt. Been following your WSOP Vlogs and really enjoy them including all the mundane stuff. I've followed you since the beginning, poker kid, and didn't know until this week that you were Blogging. Regardless, win or lose, you've show me how to play games other than No-limit Hold'em.
Why do you get to decide the structures for every event? I can see for 10ks and above, but you just don’t care about anything under 25k basically , so 3ks might be big for ppl who want slow structures. Allen is right imo… might be some ppl’s main event. Just cuz you’re too rich and 3 and 5ks don’t matter to you, doesn’t mean that’s the same for everyone
Tournament organizers want to incentive as many buy ins as possible. Each buyin gives profit for the casino. POY is a casino promotiion to encourage buy ins
@@Samuel88853 Exactly right. If the WSOP was about the best tournament players every event would be a freezout with no re-entry and no late registration after half the field is eliminated. It's become a cash grab by Caesar's.
Great plays, great deductions!!! I know what you mean about maybe not representing monetary value of the play this year with the variable not hitting the big buys but proving once again that DNegs = Never Always!!! Can't wait to meet you in person but if Im really lucky.....at the table!!!! You Go DNegs!!! Love Ya! Mean it!!!
D neg forget about it !!!! Lol u one of them guysssssss 😂😂😂😂❤ I laughed so hard when u said do I look like miami advice what are those people called hahaah 😂
