@@swedishgooner6339 so let me describe you what went down. There are some amount of debt before the COVID time but they would have been easily paid as the revenue of barca was like best at that time. Yes there was financial management like paying stupid wages and signings bonuses but that was still okay as before the COVID barcas revenue was like one of the highest with 1 bill. But as the COVID hit, revenue dropped so the previous debts were difficult to pay as the high wage structure remained while the income fell down. Hence the debt kept on rising while the income fell down. But now the revenue has went back to the best times and they have reduced their wage bill, hence they can spend money on player, pay their wages plus pay the debts on time.

Not true as a Arsenal fan go back and look at our form with Rice as a 6 and Rice as a 8. We were hearing whispers about Artetas future before the Dubai break and after that we scored the most goals in the league conceded the least and broke our poitns tally record. The only change we made was moving Rice to 8 and using Jorginho as a 6. Rice is not good enough on the ball to play as a lone 6 for a team who dominates games. He doesn't move the ball forward fast enough and that was why all our attackers were poor before Dubai break. As a 8 Rice is elite as he makes us watertight as he is naturally amazing defensively but also in attack where he can drive with the ball and carry the team forward. The press with him as a 8 is amazing, the physicality in attacking areas with him and Havertz and Saka who is a beat is amazing and as I said having him as a 8 improves the defence and makes life easier for the natural 6. We need a playmaker as a 6 who can pass the ball fast but also able to hold the fort. Partey is exceptional at this and his balance in playmaking and defending is unique and perfect.
