HUGE Dumpster Diving Haul ~ We Found a Christmas Village in the Trash!

Howdy folks and welcome back to another dumpster diving video! Alex and I found something at almost every stop today - which is super rare and always a fun treat. I am shocked by the very last dumpster! All of those Christmas houses and It’s a Wonderful Life buildings were a great rescue and I can’t wait to find them new homes, away from the landfill.

Let me tell you, what to do with old potatoes chips. Get a sheet pan and dump chips out put in oven 4-5 min. They will be deliciou

You are my favorite diver!!! You make it really fun to watch you! Vinegar will take the rust off of the bike you found. I use white cleaning vinegar for anything that has rust.

The “It’s A Wonderful Life” Christmas village is a major score! I looked up just the “Savings & Loan” building and found Amazon selling it for $160! And, you have the original boxes! The porcelain dolls are gorgeous. Well done, you guys!

I think they come out in the early 2000 the it's a wonderful life sets Walgreens sold them I always wanted the set !!

What a throwaway society we live in. I was born in Leeds, Yorkshire in 1961. If I had found a bike like that aged 12 I would have thought all my Christmases had come at once. Recycling worldwide is terrible. 😢. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇬🇧. England.

Kelly, that was a fantastic haul! I love the Christmas stuff, especially the snowman. I have never heard of the Wonderful Life Collection before. That would be neat to have as a conversational piece. But I'm with you, the most amazing find was the porcelain dolls. Who throws them away?? They were in great condition considering they were found in the dumpster. Love your videos.

It's so funny how when we need something specific all of the sudden there is an abundance of what we need in the dumpsters. We needed a blender and my husband came home with two ninja blenders. God is amazing and has such a sense of humor.

The thing with the suction cups is a window ledge for cats that attaches to the window so the cat can enjoy the sun when it streams in through the window.😺

The Christmas village is very nice. Those pieces run around $100 or more. I have a large Christmas village and I love setting it up at Christmas. I have several pieces that are up there in price. So kiddo you found a great score. You and Alex are so cute and have fun diving. It makes your videos so wonderful to watch. Your laugh and smile makes it all worth it. That was an awesome score!! I would check the laser jet out. When we had our house fire, someone donated a microwave. In the packaging, in the box. The house we got has a built-in microwave, so we gave the other one to our niece. She opened it. It was filthy!! There was food splattered all over the inside. We had thought it was brand new. It must have been the donor's old one. I guess it's the thought that counts. I love watching you and Alex together. Give Pilgrim lots of hugs.

The one thing that u called a little Christmas tree ,it looks like a a window swag that someone decorated the greenery u can put under outside window or under a porch light on mailbox or even on door like a different shape wreath like .The finds are awesome especially the Christmas village houses and people ,the wreath looks good with the vintage look and that super cute bouncing snowmen U should keep the porcelain dolls they are cute the one would look cute in your bay window hanging with all your flowers and plants.Love watching u both having fun dumpster dive saving great things.I miss dumpster diving.Stay safe sweet and have fun always and hello to the fur baby too.

I can’t believe you found this village’s in the trash, that alone is an awesome find. I would love to find those little house’s. Love all things Christmas and I have a huge village that I put out every year. That was an amazing find. That "thing" that you think might be a tree is a swag. It goes horizontally across a doorway or archway in your home or even above a window. I love swags. They are expensive when you buy them at Home Depot or wherever. You can even use a glue gun and put whatever decorations you want. I make them all the time.

Leave boxes outside. That bug was a roach on the corner shelf. It wasn’t alive, but u may bring a live one home. So, open ur boxes and bags outside and shake them so that they run out if any. They r very hard to get rid of and breed fast in high numbers.
