These were obviously part of a used record and cd store at one time that probably shut down.. With the sealed items, the pricing, the divider tabs and the storage bins. Good job rescuing everything including the books, and hopefully you were able to research all of the collectables that you picked up..
Im still working through the stuff because I also source a lot of other stuff. I just list a couple dozen listings a week from that haul so it will be generating revenue for a couple of years! Found some great books and the CDs are amazing! They are selling great! and I'm getting 15-50 for ALOT of individual cds. and 50+ for some cassettes, Rare CDs, and Box sets
At the 9:17 mark is a pretty iconic album/CD King Crimson, in the court of the Crimson King. OMG you hit the jackpot with that CD collection, please tell me you have an eBay store I can find these at?????
absolutely. I have been very slowly working through those CDs but I have alot listed. Listing more this week as well. I buy and sell alot of other stuff so I list a few dozen CDs every couple weeks. Its been truly amazing. I have sooooooo many left! stores.ebay.com/sizzlindealsllc
Wow!!! Wish I still lived in Florida. I've been in the music business for 40 years. I would have loved to help you sort through all those CD's. I also spent 30 years in and out of radio, my last gig was at WENG in Englewood, FL. Let me tell ya a little secret..... Record companies and Artists are losing their asses on downloads due to piracy, so much so that in the near future, in the next 5 years or so, there's a real push to go back to tangible product.......CDs!!!! Whatever CDs you don't sell, sit on for a while.
Yeah this is a very wasteful country and here in Florida is very bad. I cant believe the stuff iv found in the trash old toys from the 80s i found flipped for 500 bucks something new all the time...cant believe someone would just wont to toss it.. at least donate it
For real! So happy I saved the collection and its been very very profitable so far! I throw NOTHING away! I donate anything I can't sell or use. I don't understand why most people are so wasteful.
We still have so so so many we havent listed. I have alot of higher end inventory I've been working on. I do have a few hundred CD listings on there. Its truly an amazing collection! We have sold so many CDs and Cassettes and LPs for very good money. Its been awesome
Cool man! Thanks for the comment. All these CDs were going to be thrown away. I saved them from the landfill. I also undercut all other eBay prices so I am giving collectors the best deal on the platform. Hate all you want. This is alot of work and its my full time job. This is how I feed my family.
Looks like mostly filler. I'm guessing 98% of that collection I would have zero interest in. I hope you're doing big lots cuz it's going to be a pain in the ass to move that many discs. Wouldn't be worth your time individually on most of that.
@@alwhitney68 not at all. It’s truly an amazing collection. Hundreds and hundreds of cds worth $20++. Anything that sells for $16.99 or more I list individually. Everything else gets lotted up. I’ve sold at least $15,000 from this haul and I’ve only processed maybe 20-30%. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. It’s a true time capsule from 1980s-2000. A lot of rare hard to find titles and since it’s all deadstock from an old record/cd store all the discs are flawless condition!
Thats funny because Because Ive made well over $10,000 Profit already and I still have thousands of CDs to list. Ive sold many many CDs for $20-80 each. All of these Cds are from Late 1980s- very early 2000's. There are alot of very hard to find titles. Easy money, easy to list, easy to ship. It was a great pickup.
