I'm a very small girl and I couldn't really trust shein's smallest sizes so I started shopping at YesStyle instead and ugh I am obsessed! Haven't shopped anywhere else since.
I usually size up half a size for boots. Did that for Shein too. It felt slightly big at first, but was perfect after wearing thick socks. I think it just depends on the shoe.
