I started polishing my nails when I was about 7 or 8. It was a pinky red shade. In my teens it was Revlon Platinum Frost, a pearlized white and the bottles had a clear plastic flare spiral that screwed off the cap if you didn't like to use it. 😊 I'm 81 now.
My awakening happened when I started watching your channel! I now have super strong nails that grow so fast, but not as fast as my nail polish collection. I owe it all to you.
I look so forward to these videos. My work outfit is all black so nail polish allows me to express myself with just the right amount of color that doesn't give me anxiety, plus doing my nails is almost calming and it's like the one thing I do for myself. Painted Polish's "Howl Ya Doin?" would be so awesome with some moon nail art, whether it be stamping or free style! Fun inspiration! Halloween season is not long enough! RL's "Ghoulish Greetings" is incredible! So completely perfect for this woefully short season 👻, but I agree with the spring time wear - reminds me of a gorgeous iris patch. Wow! I was NOT expecting to love those Rogue Lacquer flakies as much as I did (I’m more of a Creme or fine glitter girl). These are so unique and beautiful!

I love Halloween screams! I don’t usually think of a pink/coral as fall, but this one totally nails it. Fun fact: my sister in law gave me some nail wraps last year around Christmas. And I didn’t really like having them on, but liked the idea of covering my nails. So then I started investigating polish and found your videos right away on RU-vid and have been following you ever since. You have turned me on to holo taco, mooncat, painted polish and potion polish so far. Oh, and orly! And starrily! Lol. So I guess a few.. I’ve grown quite a collection so far.
I can remember in middle school and high school my mom telling me *you*don't*need*any*more*nail*polish*! Back when I had maybe... 35 bottles? And now? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 close to 20 times that!

I love the Painted Polish collection and the pumpkin color from Rogue. I love flakies and glitters but you can have the flakey bombs. They’re just too much for me. Thanks for the review Kelli!
Same for me - I don’t lIke how thick flakie polishes can sometimes be. I have a few, & I use them more as toppers over a similar color base. That gives me the sparser look I prefer.
So many beautiful colors and components found in these Halloween polishes. The two orange polishes in the Painted Polish collection are standouts to me🥰🧡. I always look forward to your videos🫶🏼

I screamed when I saw Boos Cruise! I love it! You Go Ghoul I think is more of a fairy nail polish (like Cirque's new release) Ghoulish Greatings is also stunning
Wow! I’m really loving the Rogue Lacquer polishes! The two sets are almost like a day & night collection. I know I’ll have to decide soon since everytime you post a review, the polishes start flying off the shelves. 🦇
I have a couple of Rogue polishes in the jelly flake formula and I love them. This collection is very tempting, they did a great job. recommendations for applying them: 1) do thin coats 2) start every other coat at the tip of your nail to deposit most flakies there instead of just at the base of the nail
Rogue’s style leans in to the Halloween/Fall fun. I’ve had my eye on toil and trouble. I think they can go into other seasons. BTW: They have some great neons in a variety of orange, reddish pink and the red-violet cousin of Kelli’s favorite cool purple neon. Painted Polish’s Boos Cruise cracks me up - all their names are great.
The entire Painted Polish collection is stunning! From the Rogue Lacquer collections Ghoulish Greetings and Halloween Screams have to be the most beautiful to me.
I'm pretty sure some of the flakes in the painted polish are actually green She usually has great descriptions on the website 😁 I think one also had champagne colored glitters!!!
They're all gorgeous! I probably shouldn't watch because I want them ALL! But I'm getting the Painted Polish & maybe some of the Rogue. I love how the major flakies look on you, but I don't love them on me. 😊

rogue lacquer isn't really my aesthetic but I love looking at their collections and swatches. Crossing my fingers that one of their polishes one day hit that sweet spot in combination that I love because those flakies!!!
i sat down to paint Rogue’s I Put A Spell On You and started this video, so that’s my standout one. i bought Adventureland from their earlier Imagineers collection as well and have already worn that this month as it feels very halloweeny green. i may need to check out Painted Polish. i don’t own any, but your videos have become more and more convincing. Gourd Vibes Only and Bad Scare Day would definitely be in my first order.
Ooh yeah you definitely need to try them, I think you'd really be wowed by the formula! It's so smooth and easy to use (and of course the colors are pretty too haha!)
Feeling fang tastic is stunning. I'm not one for glue polishes. I also really good vibes only. All of the rogue lacquer polishes are great, but I tend to lean towards the hot pink 17:41 one. To be honest I can't remember the name. Not good lol 😂 I think it's Halloween screams or something like that
Hey Kelli, have you ever heard of or tried NE1 nail polish? It's an indie brand based out of Seattle, WA and they market themselves as "gender neutral nail polish." Most of their colors are one-coat coverage and they're affordable!
These are two brands I'll have to put on my list to try once I find homes for shades I'm not really playing with anymore. The formula looks to be really nice even for being as you call them glitter flake bomb type polishes they seem to go on without too much fuss. Plus I've never done the sponge technique so these would be some fun polishes to start with.
I love the Painted Polish collection. They are gourd-gous!! Hahaha. Rogue Laquer always is too much much for me and I'm a glitter nail lover. They just are too much for my eye. Loved this video. Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the colors!!
I love the chaos of the Rogue flakie bombs, and they honestly look shockingly cohesive as full manicures! Definitely bold though, so I get that they’re not for everyone. Have you checked out their shimmers? It’s a relatively new finish for them, but I’m starting to think of it as another one of their signature finishes. They do these gorgeous, opaque shimmers that are packed with holo. You may like those if the flakie bombs aren’t your style.

I forgot you were doing 2 collections and I had to delete my comment because I spoke too soon lol. My motto in life is "so many nail polishes so little time." 😂 Soemtimes, I feel sad that life is too short for me to own all the nail polishes I want lol. Anyway. All of these are gorgeous, and I can't pick a favorite. I've been a nail polish fan since I was a kid in the 70s. I've always been into makeup too. I can remember dropping a nail polish in the bathtub when I was about 6 because I was trying to paint my nails in there. It was Revlon. 😂 I really started buying a ton when I worked at Walgreens in the 90s, and I've never stopped. I find painting my nails to be a great stress reliever. It really helps with my anxiety, and I just love seeing color on my nails. 😊
I'm happy no matter the length of your videos, but personally prefer when you separate them by brand instead of having combo videos. I'll watch either way, but especially for brands people aren't as likely to already buy from I think it's helpful to be able to watch past videos of just one brand to decide what you're interested in.

The summer before senior year (2011) was also when I got into nail polish! I used all my textbook buy back money to get the opi pirates of the caribbean collection 😂
Rogue Lacquer polishes are just so insane to even describe about them. The amount of glitters and shimmers they add in their polish is just so CRAZY. Painted Polishes are so beautiful and mysterious and amazing. The color story is incredible. I wonder if you write down there crazy funny polish names in your diary hahahaha. oh the Painted Polish set is dangerously gorgeous. Dangerous to my wallet! Boos Cruise and You Go Ghoul are like nothing else I have. I might try to dupe You Go Ghoul with jellies and toppers but I have nothing that could dupe Boos Cruise. It's Halloween Funfetti perfection. and I'm baking halloween cookies right now so I suddenly want my nails to match my cookies.
Oh man I'm not sure I want to do the math on how long I've been a nail polish fan myself!!! I guess I started wearing black and dark green shades when I was about 16 or 17.. That was in the good old days in 1997-1998 😂😂 And then it just kind of got out of hand from there 🤷🏻♀️😂
Yesss I love Rogue so much and love your swatches of them too! I got Fright This Way and love it, plus their Halloween NBC themed advent calendar, so amazing! Thanks for your swatches, and the painted polishes are beautiful too!
I'm usually not a fan of Painted Polish colors because the multicolored specks (like the ones in the first two shown here) look messy, like an everything but the kitchen sink mishmosh (I particularly dislike black specks). I liked the last six here though. The metallic flecks seem more intentional. I loved the last set of Rogue you showed, but these ones are like the PP ones I dislike.
Can do four on each hand for the two eight sets and just do the thumb black or nude. That way can wear all eight in one go. Lol id totally do it!!! Thank you for sharing your review 😊🎃👻
