I think it's super important to understand what ingredients are before we demonize them or understand that some things will have complex scientific names but doesn't mean they are not natural.Sodium bicarbonate is the scientific name for baking soda.

It's not common to see sodium bicarbonate in lattes. But I understand, it also had added sugars, artificial flavors and all that bad stuff, so skipped it :) But I agree, sometimes the names are complex, but i'm learning as I go :)

@@Peekapoo totally understand! Not questioning your choices to either purchase or skip on items based on what you value. My comment was more so from the Influence and platform you have, it definitely could sway persons away from things that may not be inherently unhealthy or unnatural because they have unfamiliar names. CPGs definitely might have more ingredients in them then what would be in there versus if you were to make it at home for shelf life etc.

Guys you could have took all these sauces, syrup, oil, veggies fruits from farmers market, it was cheap fresh and organic there. Remember you bought some sauces there too. Buy only fruits and vegetables, dry fruits, seeds, yogurt if really wanna healthy

Your definition of healthy is very unhealthy for me.. whatever the ingredients are if it's packaged food, it's not healthy.. and frozen over fresh veggies no ways.
