Oh I would love if you could do a High/Low Series. HGTV used to have a show like this and I loved it. Show how you can get the look for a lot less. Some of these things I was like 👀 Wow! Personally, I like to buy coffee table books that reflect my interests. I’m a big history fan so most of my books reflect that. I feel like adding a book that reflects your personal interests elevates your table from looking like a waiting room and gives your guests a little peek into your personality.

Yeah, I don’t do those fashion books (I prefer home books or great autobiography books).....I just feel some type a way about the same books that folks are doing (that Tom Ford book has been cheapened and I’ll just leave it at that) - but to each his/her own.

At the risk of sounding like a mother here - if you stopped shopping so much, you and husband could buy a home of your own within months! Honestly, I can tell you love, love decorating and IF it were your own home and you made it look so nice, you would recoup all of your money when you sold it. You rarely buy your dream home right off the bat, but rather move up to it as you buy and sell for more and more money. There's a zillion mortgage plans out there for new buyers, no down payment borrowers, bad credit borrowers, etc. Right now, you beautifying apartments, you are just making money for the landlords.
