It’s true. Huge difference! I’ve been full on using a razor just out of convenience and because I started doing it at least 25 years ago! Long before it was the thing to do!

I heard Revlon is coming out of bankruptcy, and it looks like they are putting a lot of money now behind the products so that might be the difference you’re seeing in what is being offered. Thank you for the video!

Jessica, I absolutely love your personality and I love your channel so much. I just have one request. Can you please put the prices of the makeup that you review at the bottom of the video? That’s what Tati does and it makes it so much easier. I have to constantly stop the video on every product and go look it up. I wouldn’t normally ask anyone to do that but in this economy and having to pinch every penny we can it would be nice to see the prices. Sometimes I just give up in the middle of the video because I don’t have time to google it all or look at the apps for the prices. Thank you for reading this and even if you decide not to list the prices I will still watch your videos. It just really helps some of us viewers out.
i accidentally hit the “show products” box on the lower left that popped up during the video when i tapped the screen and it brought up a scrollable menu of items/product photo/price where the comment section would normally be? so i could still watch and also see the product info

I don’t know if you’ve already tried it (it’s been a hot minute since I’ve watched you, I’m sorry!), but Makeup Revolution’s cream bronzer is also game changer and literally has me in a chokehold. You get just a bit more product for like half the price of milani. So much better than the elf putty bronzers (I loved the elf putty bronzers but now i hardly ever pick them up now that I have the revolution bronzer). I’m obsessed. Also, love milani’s cream blush but really really wish they’d extend the shade range
I picked up this one a few months ago but have been intimidated because I'm not sure how to apply it (new to cream bronzer here). How do you like it best??
@senaaileigh it's very pigmented so I'd use a light hand and the elf ultimate blending brush or my favorite is the bk beauty 109. Don't wait any longer to try it because it's great!
U need to try the new Essence foundation from Covergirl. I LOVE it!! I can’t believe I’ve found it. I usually like everything u like so I think u will enjoy it. It’s not a ton of coverage but I’m 50 and every time I’ve worn it I’ve gotten compliments on my skin!!
I tried it yesterday. I wanted the results I've seen others have but it was a hard pass for me (I'm 53). I'm wondering 1) do I need the next shade darker & 2) a different primer/moisturizer. All that said, I have a handful of HG foundations so I don't NEED another...glad you are loving it!

I’m so glad u told me that bcuz I almost got the one that was a shade darker but I didn’t want it to look patchy or muddy on my skin. Would they take the one u bought back for the lighter shade? That would be great! Have u tried the Wet n Wild tinted moisturizer? If yes…what did u think of that one?
I am SO EXCITED for the new tubing mascara launches! I have the most oily skin on the planet and have tried literally over a hundred different mascaras (it’s kinda my thing, lol) and the only ones that don’t end up all over my face are tubing ones.

The Revlon skin tint - soooo good on your face, I just loved it! 😍 And what I also loved were the lipsticks! That nude, God! Perfect for a nude look and very classy! And the red - it makes your teeth soo SO white! 💖 I love you being on the floor filming.. How did the lipstick wear? I’m always looking for a berry color that stays. I have the Maybelline matte ink which I really like but those are all red shades…but I need a true berry to round out the collection.

Hi Jessica, pleaseeee try cinema secrets to wash your brushes. You just dip dry brushes into them and wipe off on a towel it’s literally like magic. TRUST ME it will be a game changer
I was excited when I saw that Milani bronzer on Ulta as well! Then I saw Kelly Gooch review it and not love it so I took it out of my cart. But now you do! Hahaha we'll see if I end up trying it though. Currently I can't stop using the Patrick Ta bronzer duo 😍
I work out in make up too, it's just the time of day i end up doing it. Feels like a waste to wash it off (and then moisturize to be comfortable), only to have to shower and skin care again only an hour later lol
There was an essence dark brown eyeliner you tried once and seemed excited about. Maybe it didn’t wear well? I haven’t heard you mention it again. 🤷🏼♀️
I believe it was the Essence Stay & Play gel eyeliner in the shade But First Espresso. I have that one, as well as the black shade and a really pretty deep-blue shade called Midnight Sky. I only use these pencils on the upper waterline, and they never transfer down. They are as easy to apply as the Urban Decay 24/7 liners (which I generally also really like), and they sharpen really well (I use the Nars sharpener that Jessica has recommended previously, which is fantastic). The Essence pencils don't come in very many colors, but they are much more affordable than the UD version.
What shade do you wear in the LM Flawless foundation? I wish you would share your shade names more often, I search and search and it's not listed. Thanks!
But why r u using a sponge which absorbs so much of ur sheer product like the Revlon or any serum foundation? Use ur fingers & blend! Better coverage, less waste.
I won't shop at ulta or sephora. Alot of my high end staples I get on Amazon. Generally a few dollars cheaper. For Christmas I got a tartlette pallet for $40.
Be careful with the lolavie products, I wanted to love them and I used all of them for about 6mths and my hair has sooooooo much breakage. I feel like their products are good for the scalp and maybe virgin hair but definitely not for any hair with chemical processing of any kind.
I saw that Essence Mickey palette advertise and went to order it as well, but out of stock!!! I was so upset! I’m a 5th grade teacher and a Disney fanatic! Was so hoping to grab this up. I have tried hard to bring the magic of Disney alive in my classroom this year. You would not believe how many students have no clue what Disney is, nor have they seen Disney movies. Video games have taken over our children’s lives and it’s so terrible. We have done virtual field trips, celebrated Mickey’s bday, hosted an Oogie Boogie bash for Halloween, and I’m setting up a Disney reading nook in my room. Looking for Disney books, castle, Squishmallows, etc to bring that area alive! Off my soapbox and back to watching your video! I miss Vlogmas already! Love you and your family so much! Okay so I’m a old lady & wear my “mom apron”, yes, even for people I don’t know. I’m pushy at times. I’m old - I’ve earned it. Please at the very least, use sunscreen & a moisturizer. Eat your veggies, call you mom & grandma if they’re still with you. 🎉 Best New Year’s Wishes for you 🎊 🎈
Many years ago I'd stopped wearing liquid foundation bc it always looked & felt awful. I then was wearing a powder foundation from Mary Kay. So I'd guess in my 40s I decided to try liquids again. But I was so far out of the loop I just went to Sephora to get help. They'd suggested a Dewey foundation bc of my age. I never really liked that 1. So 1 day I saw a "matte" 1 I decided to try. I fell in ❤️. Eventually I added some satin finishes. But then years later what you were saying happened. I noticed I no longer was liking my foundations? It was at this point I figured I might now be ready to try a more luminous finish. So I'm now 59 and go for a more natural, Dewey look.
