Mistakes are part of life and most definitely part of goalkeeping! you've just got to keep your head held high and keep going!
Join me for this banging away days video of our trip to Huddersfield Town, My new @Watford FC official cycling kit (which one of you WILL win!) , and getting on our private Train carriage to travel upto Leeds.
Once we arrive at the hotel I show you what we eat, drink and do to prepare for the match!
Then match day arrives, maybe the stinker I had in forgetting to finalise my Fantasy Premier League team was a metaphor for the rest of my day!
All the usual @GoPro in goal footage and @Garmin heart rate overlay followed by post-match reaction.

Hi mate, My dad is a big cyclist who has been riding for over 30 years. He has completed John a grouts to lands end (probably awful spelling), and London to Brighton all for different charities. Unfortunately he has recently ruptured his Achilles in a skateboard accident and is in a cast for six plus weeks. He is on crutches and needs to be pushed in the wheelchair where ever he goes which is quite saddening as he usually is very active and up on his feet. Of course this means he cannot ride his bike which he is very upset about. It would mean the world if you could send one of these through. P.s he’s a huge Watford fan too, and I recently showed him your Chanel and loves it! Kind regards Sam

thing about being a goalkeeper especially on the professional level is that you've got to keep your head up even after a mistake because if the last resort has no confidence that's a massive problem.

This probably won't mean a lot, but honestly these videos have really helped lift my mood. Found this year so hard at times, but even when Watford don't get a decent result, I know a video from this channel will help. And all players make mistakes, you always bounce back from them brilliantly Ben, it's what's made you such a great goalkeeper down the years.

Broooo, my brother is a keen cyclist and loves watching a bit of football as well. He recently had a motorbike crash, and his bike is currently under maintenance, so he can’t ride at the moment. He has stitches all over his face and a tooth that’s been knocked out. I think he’d really appreciate the Watford cycling kit and would brighten his mood a lot!!

Hi Ben my mate Ollie is a lifelong Watford fan who never shuts up about that Deeney moment and hes been going through a rough time recently as his nan who he is very close to has been diagnosed with dementia. He is a very keen cyclist and on many occasions he has rode for charities, and i cant think of a person who deserves it more. I know winning this cycling kit will mean so much to him and i know he will get much use out of it. Keep up the good work and all the best for the rest of the season mate!
