This is actually a trap, they will ask for your portfolio of your AI Prompts, and then steal it. They are just data banking. Mr Beast has no intention in hiring no one for something that anyone can simply Copy and Paste. And he knows it. No one is willing to go to court for something they didn't create so its much easier to con his fans than to actually hire a real artist. This practice is also known to be done in the record industry, Movie industry, and sadly jobs. Yes your would be employer will and has always sold your information to make extra money.

You could also improve on AI by trying different models, using LORAS/feeding it some example images to see what to base it on and to tweak with the parameters instead of just using default settings with prompt

He needs quick concepts for thumbnails, the ai is not making the final thumbnails. It is way faster and more efficient to hire someone to train an ai to do that then to hire an artist. Also from what this sounds like it will just be a single position, the entire thumbnail team is full of artists who are responsible for making the final thumbnail and the Ai job person will make that easier for the rest of them.
