Hello! This time i've build a Huge Apartment Complex in San Myshuno. It has 6 Fully Furnished Apartments, a community space with a gym, creative space, workspace and a bar to meet up with the neighbors. There is also a community indoor swimming pool. On the backside of this complex there is also a playground.
Apartment 1: The first Apartment is a one room/studio apartment for a musican. It's a pretty small apartment but it has enough space for a kitchen, bedroom, it can also be used as a student apartment.
Apartment 2: The second Apartment is also a one room/studio Apartment but this apartment is made for 2 sister's or friends. 2 Young adults or teenages that came to this big city to study/work and make their dreams come true.
Apartment 3: The Fourth Apartment has also 2 bedroom's and balcony. This Apartment is made for a Simtuber/Simfluencer couple. It has a game room mixed with podcast studio.
Apartment 4: The third Apartment is made for a Single Mother with daughter. It's bigger then the 2 other Apartments this one has a livingroom, kitchen, balcony and 2 bedroom's. It's a minimalistic/scandinavian interior.
Apartment 5: The sixth Apartment is also a huge apartment but this one has 4 bedroom's but also 2 bathroom's and balcony. It is the perfect apartment for a big family. For the interior i was inspired by English Countryside but also a touch of modern.
Apartment 6: The fifth Apartment is a huge apartment with 3 bedroom's a2 bathroom's and balcony.. This Apartment is made for a rich couple one of them is a writer and the other pianist. It has 2 offices, music room and a big closet. The interior is luxerious and modern.
