LOVE THIS! My baby is 3 months now and we still have a plethora of clothes from our baby shower. I’m blessed but there’s something special about going shopping for your own baby catering to your own style. I don’t like pink & I had a girl- best believe almost every piece of clothing we received is PINK. Drives me crazy lol. I did thrift a couple of things but you’re right it’s way better to get neutral clothes to pass them down to the other kids!

Carter's zip ups are wonderful! I recommend layering a plain white onesie underneath during winter. I almost always wear a camisole for an extra layer of warmth, and babies have a harder time staying warm enough.

In my opinion you should have spent more money on 3-6 months clothes, newborns sizes vary so much some baby are born fitting in the 3 months clothes already and others outgrow the 0-3 months clothes so so fast. My sister’s baby only wore his newborn clothes for 3 weeks and outgrew them

yesss i agree lol although there have been some parents who said they didn’t buy any newborn and their baby’s ended up staring in there for a while! but i had already bought a few packs of newborn and didn’t realize how many i had! hopefully he will use them some!

@@NiaKajumulo hahahaha… Okay, well zippers are great especially for the nights etc, and they are 100% more convenient. However, unlike the US, the UK & the UAE don’t have a huge variety of zip ups, hence majority of the sleepsuits I had bought for my 4 kids were button ups.. the pull over sleepsuits are probably the most uncomfortable to put on when the baby is newborn because they are so delicate.. but as they grow even those are fine :) btw love everything you had bought! I would say you got tooo many newborn clothes lol my 4 kids grew out of newborn in a week or 2 lol but there 0-3 months clothes lasted a while and also 3-6 months 👌
