From next videos, please try the clothes and show snippets in the end 😊 The organza shirt and the colorful dress are so pretty. Would be good to pair both I think.
A video where you actually use these products like wear clothes, use the makeup and other decor items etc would be great (would also love to see mats in his festive outfit)
Hi Sherry, you promote Benefit products a lot, in almost all your videos (lip tints, mascaras etc). But I recently read somewhere that their products are not cruelty free. What are your thoughts on that? While you go all out and support homegrown Indian brands, what is your take on cosmetics that are still into animal testing in this day and age. I don't mean to troll or anything, it's just that you have been vocal for local (yes love those videos too!) and you're always big on sustainability. I have been an avid follower and I think in this day and age of blink and miss reels, you're one of the few long format creator that's dishing out some meaningful interesting content! So would love to know your POV!
I don't think this is trolling at all. It's actually an excellent point. I'd love to have her opinion on this too :) it's not addressed enough, if at all by Indian influencers whereas as international ones (even if it's paid) so make a point to either point these out as cruelty free so that the consumer can make that choice themselves or take a stand against it.
Hi Honestly this is a conversation I've had with a lot of beauty brands and its often difficult to understand or explain. But just sharing my thoughts in general and not about any one brand particularly about this. The main issue and reason most brands cannot be 100% cruelty free is coz if they want to retail in China they have to test by the law. And since its once of the largest beauty markets in the world from a business standpoint its very difficult for them to not sell there. A lot of brands have been trying to push them to change this so that they can be cruelty free but sadly as of now this is the situation . Also if u read most of the beauty brands FAQs they will say they don't test but some of their agents may and so on because of this. Also I think both the things you have pointed out are honestly very different I try and support a lot of local brands yes and I try my best to be sustainable but I still buy from high street brands as well . Im not perfect and its definitely not easy or affordable to be sustainable all the time. But we have to all do what we can in whatever way we can. ❤️
Couldn’t agree more this is definitely not trolling. That's the whole point of having a community where we can go deeper & have conversations that matter.
Please go see how its made :) I understand that you might find home grown lables more expensive than a lot of high street options but there's a huge difference in what both are offering.
