I don’t wanna hate at all. I just wanna help. Your bowel doesn’t seem to like the stuff you eat and/or it has some serious problems. If you keep going you’re gonna damage your bowel extremely. The bloating is your bowel telling you something is wrong, this is not normal ... you could get that checked with a stool sample and go to a naturopath for a example. I always suggest naturopaths cause they don’t wanna fill you up with meds but natural stuff to help the body heal. Again, no hate, just some help.
