I have tried the briogio clarifying line through a set and i remember liking the masks, if you were interested in trying more from the brand! they were nice but also i don’t feel the need to run out and get it since they’re more on the pricey side
!!! about the magnesium, that dosage is wayy too high. I've recently been diagnosed with a neurological condition which affects sleep so started to take magnesium, daily, from h&b but after some research and blood tests I realised nearly 400mg a day is too much, and can be harmful in the long run (even fatal)! I recommend Novomins who do lower dosage gummies and specialise in woman's health. most vitamins are made for the male body (unless specifically stated) and possibly harmful to women due to the higher dosages, pregnancy, breastfeeding etc. so please be careful, just trying to alert as many people as I can haha!
