HUGE PSA BLIND REVEAL!!! Jordan, Ohtani, Carroll Baseball & Basketball Cards 

FYI if you get a Jordan 8 or higher you are lucky. The bricking on those are insane. 90’s inserts are the greatest but are brutal to grade. I have 75ish Jordan’s slabbed by SGC and got six 10’s. Some 9’s. Mostly 8’s. These have been in sleeves and top loaded since I opened them in high school in the 90’s. The pop control is real with Jordan. Nice cards though! Be happy with 8 and up ❤️

The Corbins geming and the Ohtanis were awesome as well! Wouldve been icing on top if those Jordans were all really high grades! But those 90s inserts are TOUGH grades

Pro tip: Flip the cards over so you can only see the back. Then flip over to reveal grade

i did the exact same thing in June, went through the PC box and pulled out about 3 Ohtani RC's and a couple gold cup cards and a couple Japan edition's, lucky to get GEM 10 on all of them. They were very kind to me, Gem rate about 70% on a 75 card order.

Have the cards upside down, then cover the grade with your thumb and flip over we can take a look at the card and then remove your thumb, and “BANG BABY”

I got the “most PSA 10’s they have ever seen” from the last I sent in. I used a trick. I sent mine with a $20 rolled up behind the card and 80% were 10’s.

You could just have the PSA slabs facing upside down when you take them out of the box. Would cut down on a lot of the fumbling to cover the grades.

Heritage is a pain in the neck to get right and gem . Sometimes the card stock Topps use doesn't have a uniform surface and may show some white spots. I had a Topps Heritage Corbin Carrol /574 i had to sell raw because of a small white spot on the corner that looked like paper loss, but it was just how the card was formed, printed & cut. Having said that 8 is an outrageous grade for that. PSA really needs to document & declare why anything grades below a 9. It would help with what gets sent to grading companies to get graded and limit the number of cards that get sent.

All that matters is all the Carroll and Ohtani rookies got 10s!!!

PSA doesnt mess with Jordan PSA 10s. The card has to be near perfect for a Jordan to gem with PSA-which is how it should be IMO

I loved those fleer metal when I was a kid. My son and I just went through boxes and found them. Bunch of those Kobe’s and Jordons in there.

Jordans from when u were younger pulling them and wanted to case them up for memories exc.

Killed it on the Shohei cards. Congrats. The Corbin auto to 199 was my personal favorite. The fact it's got so much black on it and still scored a 10, that'll be a low pop for life.

I got a 70% Gem rate, I'm not counting the Jordan's. Lol Classic. Thanks for the videos!!!

Great video. Not saying you deserve more or less than the grades you got, but PSA is doing some sketchy stuff with the 80's and. 90's grades recently. PSA execs must have told their graders to not give any more gem 10's to anything 1996 and earlier... I got some of the worst grades (4-7's) on all my 80's with no edging issues or surface scuffs. By doing that it keeps the value of the 10's high without overflooding the market with high grades. I'm sure we'll see the same happen as time moves on with early 2000's in a decade and so-forth

I am a firm believer in population control for every grading company ESPECIALLY for Jordan cards... I submitted 10 fresh ripped 90 Fleer Jordan cards (3 of them looked PRISTINE). Final verdict, seven PSA 8's and three PSA 7's.

I think you did well on the Jordan’s. I actually pumped my fist when you got the 10 on the Gold Corbin. I remember when you pulled that because I pulled him the same night, I was celebrating for all of a minute until I looked over it and noticed a tiny bit of white in the top left corner. I do have a question regarding that. If the card was centered and everything else was good to go, could it still get a 10?

CONGRATS on the Corbin 10's!!!! Those are sick! Question- I think I made a mistake grading a high name refractor auto #/99 because I had the auto DNA authenticated and graded. I am having trouble finding buyers or fielding offers and I was wondering if it was because of that? The card graded a 9 and the auto a 10. Or does that not matter in the end and maybe it's just priced too high or not enough people know about the youngster yet?

That isn't an easy task trying to open and reveal for the first time of any graded card reveals because you don't know the order these cards will come in, it's a crap shoot LOL. Loved this PSA reveal, and I think you did as good as you could with those 90 Jordan's, hell it could've been a lot worse right? 71% tens is a great target point, I think. Not sure if I could let those Corbin Caroll's go someone would have to make me an offer, I couldn't refuse to let those go from my PC I think but hey that's just me.
