I know coaches don’t do a lot of juices during a prep but when I did cranberry juice it helps a lot. Stan Enfrending uses it and when I tried it made a huge difference with higher amounts of food. I only did like 3 oz with 2-3 meals pre and after training. It made the food digest so much better with less bloating.
Becoming my favorite bodybuilder to watch! The amount of food you eat is INSANE. And it shows. Your coach definitely knows how your body reacts to it! Can't wait to see the results at the show!
@@mariusb.7363 it depends on how deep I’m into prep. Right now really enjoying the French Toast. The hungrier I get as I get leaner and more in a calorie deficit.. the Loaf is much more filling.

With all that muscle building. You need to keep the inside clean and functional so please if you can cut that BS processed food you are setting yourself up for problems in years to come. I study this shit very hard the grind is real. Let me know if you are good, if you want. Cheers.
