So I'd it just me that feels a cage needs to be fixed b4 taking it back out? Only reason I say this is because I rolled mine and am replacing the cage b4 I go ride haha
That Wildcat absolutely rips. 52+ at the top of Choke Cherry is pretty sweet! What did you have done to the internals of the engine to support the turbo? Would stock internals hold 12psi?
We did rods, pistons, studs, time Serts. We can run at 25 lbs of boost. But I have not gone past 12 lbs yet. We have a stock YXZ that has been running on 12 lbs of boost for a few years now with no issues. No reason the stock XX couldn’t.
Hey bro. I just picked up a 2019 YXZ SS SE a couple weeks ago. I am researching into different output increase applications but it seems there is a lack of understanding by many as it relates to the YXZ and it's capabilities and limitations. What modification profile have you found to be fully functional without leaving weak links for breakage? Your response would help me tremendously and I'd certainly appreciate it. Cheers!
We don’t have a lot of experience with the SS, but if you are wanting to put a lot of power to it you will want to beef up the tranny and rear diff. Also turner axles are great for longevity. If you are running high boost you will want to build the motor.
@@HillBroPro I am estimating from my experience running stock that she will need around 200whp to get the mid and upper range power necessary to rip up the dunes. What type of power where you running with that huge dune climb you did in 3rd gear?

Sweet video! Got that same Gmax and love it. Drone was a sweet touch! Just noticed the clutch cover being off...what is the reasoning? Assuming heat being desert/fast riding? Negative effects on the clutches with sand getting into them?
