Which is exactly why I'm attempting to declutter 😂 I have been adding to my decor collection over the last 5 years without doing much decluttering as my decorating style has evolved. I definitely need to do a lot more decluttering!
I declutter and donate all my seasonal decor ! Around spring I got two decor items from surprisingly dollar general to leave out on my fireplace mantle and I like the simplicity of that! So since spring my mantle has had those decor, a fam pic and party of 5 sign! I like that look better than how I used to overly decorate! You have a lot of stuff & it’s all so nice! It’s spread out so it’s not overwhelmingly too much! I’m glad you decided to keep most than regret not having it come time to decorate !
I definitely need to declutter more! It's for sure a ton of stuff, but decluttering seasonal stuff is definitely a struggle when you aren't for sure what you want to use 🤦🏼♀️ I'll try to remember to share what I'm decluttering as I decorate each season so y'all can see it! But yes, I would always rather hang onto it a little longer if I'm not 100% sure when it comes to seasonal decor!
Yes! It definitely is tough, I think my biggest concern is having to spend money on the same thing twice! I never want to have unnecessary clutter, but I also don’t want to pretty much throw money away 😂
