Mental health update: I'm a medical professional still going to work every day and then my boyfriend broke up with me on Easter. It's been stressful with lots of crying, but hanging in there. Thank you for posting vlogs that definitely cheer us up.

mental health: i’m a senior in high school and am really sad that i can’t see my friends for the last couple of months we have together. it sucks because these last months were supposed to be the best. i know there are people that have it worse than me but still it really sucks that this is how my life is now, i’m stuck at home when i want to be at school with friends. 😭🤷🏽‍♀️

tbh i feel like this whole thing happened sooo fast and i didn’t really have any time to accept it, and also since none of my family or friends have been directly affected that it’s really hard to believe it’s there at all. like you see the effects of it but you can’t see whats actually happening. rn i feel really confused and weird and that this time is absolutely crazy and i don’t know what do to with myself. my whole life has just been the same schedule every week and now i feel like this is the new normal.

I honestly feel the same way ! I was talking to my coach right before this thing started and I do t usually open up to people like that. I was saying how I was kind of not doing good ( aka I felt miserable 24/7 ) and he said that I needed to count my blessings because people had it worse than me. And I hate that so much. Mental health update: not doing well. I’m “essential” so I had to travel for work and now I’m stuck working and staying in a hotel by myself and I don’t have my roomates and it’s been raining for two weeks so I don’t go outside and I usually have a personal trainer and go to the gym 1-2 times a day every day and I’m going crazy and feeling really bad about myself and missing my friends/roommates 😭😭 all yesterday I was binge watching your vlogmas 2018 to feel in a good mood ‘cause it made me feel Christmassy but sadly it is not Christmas time 😕

Honestly, quarantine has me always on my phone. I have to try my best to stop going on my phone non stop. I have been pretty sad not being able to see people, but I’m hanging. After a long day of working or just being bored, it is nice to be able to watch Alishas vlogs because they make me so happy. Alisha’s videos are so positive and happy and I love them. 💗
