I use one from Shaper X and a short from Primark. The Shaper X one is their waist trainer because I’m a mum with diastatis recti, it’s mostly for support.

Hi, the best way to save the environment is to buy good quality items that last you a while. And for some people fast fashion brands are sincerely all they can afford. So here I show good quality items from fast fashion brands that allow you to build a wardrobe of items with great quality at an affordable price. To me that’s what really makes a difference instead of ignoring that many people cannot afford the “non fast fashion brands” and thrifting cannot provide all our clothing needs.

@@D_beautyengineer you can buy very good quality with second hands. Unfortunately good quality and fast fashion is impossible 🙅 sorry but fast fashion is good only for the owner of the brand. Don’t forget also the poor child who works there 😞
