Join the concrete crew as we pour and stamped a large colored and stamped patio. This one was a lot of work and I was a bit nervous but it came out good. Grandma came and brought us lunch which made it even better! Enjoy
That hit home when you said about guys having personal problems and giving up and quitting their job, and now they've got all their personal problems with financial problems added on top - because that's the story of my life just now. 😓 I've been at rock bottom and climbed out before, I can do it again I know it. 💪
Autumn, I absolutely love the way you put the music to your dads, rhythm in the stamping. It's far too fun and effective 🙂 Thank you for that. And what a beautiful piece of property that homeowner has. It's going to be a beautiful finish, when he gets the deck added. Thanks for letting us follow along!
My wife met Ryan's mom last week at a store and found her to be a wonderfully charming and warm woman. She IS a natural for best mom Monday. Great content production by Autumn to show an entertaining crew led by the boss man.
I gotta say.. Ryan is a man of discipline and habit. His videos display crazy discipline and habit if you think about the consistency of the content. 💪💪💪💪
Any small business owner in the trades could easily see Buggs as the most underrated and indispensable cog in the operation. With a variety of skills, a second-to-none work ethic, and great attitude, he's clearly the right-hand man.
*NOTICE how Ryan demonstrated the proper way to pull-start a gas engine. Pull cord gently until you feel resistance, then give a quick pull back. This way you don't place excess strain on the cord or your arm when you hit the point of resistance. Many people just grab the handle and pull for all their worth...* 2:43
@@ilovepizza8263do you know what common sense means? i feel like it'd be common sense to know what common sense means so im starting to think you lack some common sense.
Not many owner/operators as impressive as you are, sir. Always a pleasure to watch you guys get it done. You’ve built an exceptional crew of men, and they know how lucky they are to have someone like you as a boss and mentor. Invaluable stuff! Shoutout to all the bosses out there that really give a hoot
Eric still doesnt measure/check the grade heights properly, and still has got to be to told to tape plastic at the bottom, even tho it's pretty obvious for a finisher to know.🤦♂️ How long has he been at victory again?🤷♂️ If Eric cared as much Ryan does for him, he would remember all Ryan's fundamentals he's been taught already
You can tell this one was a big job. As a person in the technology field it's impressive to me how quickly you and your team accomplish these projects and make them look amazing. Also love the new Victory stamps you have been using. It's basically free advertising and your clients have so far been proud to have the stamp. Cheers to you, your family, and your crew Ryan!
I imagine the customer measuring the entire grade and then adding rebar essentially not trusting your years experience is the real reason to get butterflies for this pour. Customers like that carry a higher chance of nitpicking and possible call backs. That aside, it looks great. You and the team did an awesome job.
@@SyrupIsWin I agree the customer is paying, they should be as particular as they so choose. Maybe my comment seemed more flippant than was intended. I'm just saying the type of customer that would do those things would have me on high alert watching my P's and Q's. not necessarily a bad thing.
@@2Cents4You It shouldn't make a difference, but I know it does. This customer just happened to have the knowledge/will to double check it which most don't. It's possible Ryan would have caught it before pouring (it wouldn't be the first time) but maybe not. I guess it just goes to show you should always double check to make sure it's good.
I've done both when i was a young builder, and as far as the physical work, they are about the same. Everything gets sub contracted out nowadays. But 40 years of tapping it takes a special breed just to do it for 20 years.
@NickGurr88 You realize some people work till retirement...right? Do you think old people just pop into existence and have no back story lol. Showing your immaturity.
Ryan just wanted to say I've been watching your videos since the shut downs. Last August I started trying to lose some weight I started at 320lbs as of Thursday last week I'm down to 259! Thanks for being an inspiration!
Congratulations on your weight loss Ryan. Man you are serious about it this time and just look at the results!! Looking trimmer, sharp clear eyes, more energy, both physical and mental, the DRIVE is back. Nice to see you "peaking" at just the right time as you start this incredible new chapter in your life. GOOD WORK !!
Love your videos man! Love how Easy E has his own and now your son JR! You are a very smart man for making good content and getting more revenue. GOD BLESS
Beautiful stamped concrete. Can't wait to see it completely finished could be the best one yet along with that fire pit project. Ryan your Mom is truly a saint with all her effort she gives for you and the crew.
I see him watching, I know sometimes the guys have a issue which is easily solved but the guy would’ve been shouting before the guys got back to the issue, Ryan knows his crew and they know their role so it could be intimidating having the owner over your shoulder.
Hello best mom Monday. I love seeing your mom. Im hoping Tino is ok. Still loving the energy with the crew. Knocking them out Ryan one job at a time. Been praying for you guys and your family Ryan, Happy late independence day to y'all.
I hope tino realizes work is better for him, granted he can come, idk how bad his situation may be or what exactly is going on we all fight personal demons, but like ryan said you cant give up, you gotta push through, and tino being around all the guys working will help his mind. I hope to see him back.
@@guillermo7189 tf you talking about? you have no sense. you nor i have no clue whats wrong, but ryan has said in the past he was dealing with personal matters, either way, he needs pay, and ryans crew and ryan himself is a good person to be around in that situation. i dont know who hurt you this morning but take it out on them. you sound hateful as.
Wonder how proud your mom feels seeing grown son still doing what he loves just like bringing chips and water to all your friends after a long bike ride
Another awesome job Ryan you have a hard-working team your son, Ryan, Junior Ray bugs Eric Francisco can’t wait to see autumn working with you guys too. It was nice to see your mom and best mom Monday when your mom gets there everybody’s laughing having fun. Enjoy it Ryan you’re a hard worker and I like to say congratulations on getting your own property when you’re determined enough and work hard enough and achieve your goals in life, that makes you a good person. You have a wonderful wife seven beautiful kids you’re a good man.
Ryan, I am so impressed with your eye on perfection 😊 . It's really great to see how you catch little things that the other guys miss . Your demand for a perfect job is why your phone will constantly ring ! I wish you were closer to me, Ide have Victory do my "stamped" driveway in a ❤ beat .
Ryan, I eat a lot of boiled eggs as well. I was getting sick of them too. I decided to literally spice them up. I made a spice blend that I keep in a shaker I take with me and it has completely changed the game from the same bland thing. You could even get Mrs. Dash and keep it in the truck. My current blend is pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, a hint of old bay and parmesan/romano cheese. Most spices have low to zero calories and you can use the blend on your salads as well to spice them up. Happy Eating!!
Whenever I think of Tino I just remember the time he didn’t hesitate to loan Buggs a couple hundred bucks to pay for his El Camino. Just shows his true character and he seems to be a very hard worker when he is on-site. Hope everything works out for him.
Yeah, the Victory crew treat each other like family. Even when Mr. Bobby makes a cameo. He and Bugs are the uncles, Ray, Franny and Eric are the nephews, Tino is the cousin once removed.
When I was in my management training, we would give people the benefit of doubt. Sometimes life happens I'm not gonna lose a great employee cause life happens its hard l. Tino will be back around he's just in a funk
Ray over there with his hands in his pocket just chilling and looking cute. My boss would be yelling. “ Why your hands in your pocket!! You should be cleaning something!!”
Pepper is your friend on them eggs. That is the only way I can eat Hard Boiled. Great editing. Love how the Bopper goes with the beat, Also has my head bopping. LOL
I was going to mention how you have been using the pen holder in your visor a few videos back. Best present from a viewer ever!! Hope Tino was able to get a hold of ya and work out his situation.
Seeing this Best Mom Monday reminded me, I was in Hobbs, NM July 1st doing their 4th fireworks show a buddy of mine from there his Mom brings us lunch and dinner, I called it Best Mom Saturday.
