That stand alone set is the Death Star. The parts to that go for good money, the green trash compactor monster goes for good money. I use to buy those Droid Factories just to sell the R2D2 out of it and sell the rest. Amazing finds!
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter I dont recall something in the video. Did they give you the price before you started digging, or did they give you a price once you pulled everything out?? I went to a sale where a guy went into a dangerous attic and when he pulled the items down, the estate sale company gave him high prices. He got pissed and left.
krillin876 they told me that they wanted $150 for it once I got into the crawlspace. I mentioned that in the video. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter There is a guy on RU-vid/FB named Jaysin Static who is familiar with those small weapons. He sold many lots of them. He does live RU-vid shows Tues and Thurs nights.
Imagine what you would find if you WORE the Big Sean shirt? Best video of yours ive seen. Something about the crawl space and the mask and then the awesome dusty treasure recently unearthed! Even the dilapidated mall. This is it dude
Ill give you a shout out on my channel im not big and its not reselling but i got a couple videos about to hit 10k and just broke 100k for total views. Not sure if it will help ya but you never know who is watching lol. Ill try to put ya in a good one so may not be right away but cant hurt. How come your FB group doesn't support you more on here?
Wow. Amazing finds. I was a 70's and 80's kid. I would have probably broke down in tears if i found a score like that. By the way, i would have slid down the chimney to get to those star wars toys. Great score. 👍
That stand alone playset you’re asking for help identifying is the Death Star Space Station Playset. Incredible score, I’ve sold many of those playsets before and did very well with them. Having most of the original boxes is huge. You can sell boxes alone for good money. Definitely more money pieces a lot of it out but that’s an individual decision on if you want to break up sets. If they’re already incomplete I usually piece out to make the most money. Well done on the score!
EXCELLENT. Everything seems to have already been said so won't rehash. I will say that its not very often you see so many resellers get so pumped up watching someone else's video.
Audible noises of delight, excitement and jealousy continue to escape me as I watched you go through that Star Wars stuff. I think I literally cheered when I saw the Millennium Falcon in the Box. Very happy for you, another great score for the part-time guys hustling hard. Love the content thanks for the video.
Superb find! $120 for all that boxed vintage Star Wars toys and the Death Star playset too! Lucky chap! Excellent video - wish I could find similar here in the UK :)
What a great haul! Unusual to find the boxes like that. I just pulled that Darth Vader case filled with figures out of my own attic. (We are treasure hunting in our own home. LOL.) Great stuff Dom. I hope you will feature the ones you sell in a future video.
Wow, you were like an archeologist unearthing articles from decades ago! My claustrophobic self would have missed out on these cool finds! So happy for you! 🖖🏼💰💰
I was screaming at the screen that you were ignoring the Death Star standing on its own to your left. I'm glad you picked it up and ID'd it. BUT, it looks like you left the roof behind!!! It was on the shelf with the other toys!!! I'm sreaming at you again!!
Very nice treasure hunt find! I’m sure you know by now that the tall play set you found was the 1977 Deathstar Playset from Star Wars a New Hope. I have the box and most of a full playset from a garage clean out for a family friend and my kids love it. These players are not common today. There was so much more intricate sets for kids growing up in the late 70’s through the 80’s. Happy to help identify any other items you get stumped on. That imperial troop transport had an actual record inside it that plays the sounds of you get it working. It was only sold at Sears.
Awesome score on the Star Wars lot! Love finding that stuff. That piece you pointed to at the end is the Death Star Playset. If you had it complete with the box, you could have gotten $300 for it. Craigslist Hunter found it at a Goodwill for $7 a while back, check out that video.
Star would be mad at you for checking the Santa Moose (?) Plush. Was that Mrs. Primetime behind you on the stairs? And you can sell a number of reloading items on eBay. The machine is for reloading. It is used by hunters, skeet shooters, etc. We reload for Skeet. Reach out to me if you find this stuff. I hope your shed is cooler than mine. It is over 100 degrees in mine. Nothing but packing stuff n there right now. And AWESOME score!!! I think Mrs. Primetime is the good luck charm
I noticed that he forgot to grab the top of the Death Star play set was the black plastic piece that was still on the shelf in the small room! It would of made it complete as for all large parts for the play set.
No lol I did NOT forget and I actually showed this on a future what sold video from the sold photo when I sold the set. It just didn’t get on film but rest assured I did get it.
I understand why you took the time to go through it and film it. However, if I come across something like that, I try to bundle and pack it up as fast as possible. Last thing you want is another collector to be looking over your shoulder why you try to make a deal. Great score!
Oh, I know. Trust me. Thing is, the sale was totally dead. The family was discouraging ppl from coming in and really trying to sell from the garage. Plus, I already put dibs on them with the seller.
True. But like he said in the video, he asked if they had collectibles. So they lead him to the crawl space. Very unlikely another reseller would have shown up in the crawl space. Although, that would have been hilarious if that happened. 😄😁🤣
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter True. But your video could have probably gone viral. "When 2 resellers battle it out in a crawl space for vintage star wars toys". Haha
Hey you might want to hit up Bargain Barons for that Bible. The buy antiques and Bibles are one of the things they love and collect. They are on RU-vid. Have a good one. Great video.
You left the roof of the death star playset. At 18:10 you can see it right next to the green timberland shoe box.At 22:18 you can still see that you left it.Very good score nevertheless.👍
OMG I just purchased a storage locker full of G.I. joes STAR WARS figurines and two Gold face cases full of the little figures like the black one you got but mine are golden and a differnt figure along with sega genesis wii xbox's but More of the G.I's and the Star wars from 1985 or 65 i can't really see. I got fighter's and some spaceships or what ever they're called.. I Have NEVER sold on these platforms and am Seriusly overwhelmed.. Do you have any videos or sources where I can get HELP on figuring out what these things are worth or the names.. ? I would greatly appreciate it.. Thanks for your Videos I am Learning alot.. and I am Petro but ready to start My journey as A reseller .. I guess I made the first move huh? I apologize for the Long comment. Blessings!
JuliaRTV great score! EBays search engine for the app has a camera option. Snap a photo of the item with it and it will show the closest matches. Also join some action figure identification groups that you can send pics to. Members will then help you identify the items.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter Wow.. Thanks so much for the response and the suggestions I appreciate it. I was just watching one of your videos when I saw your response.. lol.. have a BLESSED Day 🙏😊
Did he miss the other darth vader carry case under the bible? Or was that the same one? Alsocouldnt believe how he was throwing the boxes around - ahhh. Some of that should be handled with white gloves 😅
I’m A huge fan of your channel, I can tell you’re a cool dude with a good heart. However I wish you would have considered saving the “Six Million Dollar Man Space Ship” despite the fact it was broken (Please don’t think I’m angry or trying to dump on ya). I just hate the thought of that rare find rotting away in that basement or ending up in a dumpster (especially when an enthusiast like myself would have gave you some cash & glued it together).
That last house had some ugly paneling in the basement! I'll bet Mrs. Prime Time had something to say about that! Plus, maybe you should change your channel name to Prime Time Mildew Hunter after going thru some of the Star Wars stuff. Love your channel.
This is the mistake so many make. You have to look past the dirt and what you think the condition is like on scene. Go check my what sold videos and see how I cleaned the toys up and literally have made over a thousand dollars selling those toys.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter I get it people will buy them as not everyone has the same standards, for me packaging needs to be at least 80+ and have the original inserts, I could care less of the condition of toy itself as you can easily find tons of loose mint ones for cheap , condition of the PKG is the most important and what really drives the price up not the toy itself, example I super clean ship in a beat up box is worth the same as a loose toy unless its a super rare toy.
gerardo follano some of these has original inserts, had some working electronics (lights and sound), and the box condition was pretty good once cleaned up and displayed.
Nah. These are hardcore vintage toys. I can happily tell you that almost all have sold for high amounts with no squired damage. More fragile and light items...different story. Thanks for watching.
