Get a full investigation there because it sounds like they were picking it over and likely in consultation. In this case it's a police matter but the DHL carrier should conduct its own investigation as well, for 'possible misconduct'. They have got an issue about public confidence in the security of the carrier, trustworthiness of their staff and their own capacity and willingness to conduct an investigation thoroughly. Unreal.

People can do their own research. If you’re going to buy something without doing your due diligence then you shouldn’t be spending this kind of money, I will not be publishing my receipts as that is a massive security risk for me
