Dragon Lord is a great example of how "theme" matters because truth be told, I just love this retro classic and it's part of what I call Aristocrat's "Collection Trilogy" also including Red Baron and Prophecy which are all clones of each other but there's something about this one that I just love.
In Dragon Lord, you win by landing the same symbol on at least 3 reels from left to right just like in the very popular game Buffalo. To help, a wild symbol in the form of a dragon eye may land on reel 3 only.
Where the fun really begins is in the bonus, which is triggered by landing bonus symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4 with the wild symbol also substituting for a bonus symbol, too, a great feature!
Once triggered, you get to choose your quest where each has a specific number of dragons to collect by having them land on the reels. Quests range from collecting 4 dragons for 10 credits to 20 or more dragons for 140 credits, multiplied by your total bet. If you are lucky enough to collect 25 or more, you are also treated to an additional bonus of 40 credits multiplied by your total bet regardless of which quest you chose. Finally, whenever the dragon eye lands, it will transform into a 2x, 3x, or 5x multiplier!
So it's all about landing a retrigger on this one, as you need additional spins to either complete your quest and score a bonus award. All in all, such a great game, Enjoy!

Such a cool classic game and bonus concept. I was holding my breath for the dragons to show up and they did! Retrigger is key in this bonus and you got it! I love all the games in Aristocrats Trilogy and my husband does too. I guess our favorite is Red Baron, but all the games are really the same... whether you're looking for quests or missions or fullfilled prophecys You are mighty lucky you retriggered the bonus or you wouldn't have completed your quest, you know, but somehow you always manage to finish a winner. Good game.

Love that oldie but goody and love the fact that when you collect more that 25 dragons your amount of money almost doubles play this sometimes love that you came out on top like always your luck is amazing it's hard to get the bonus and hard to get any 5 of a kind but you nailed it a few times awesome video Tim thanks for sharing 💵💵💵💵💵👍👍👍👍👍👍

Indeed they do and if my channel shows anything, it's that you should consider them! At least for me, there's something to be said about a game that you know how it plays and you know what you need to do that's not over-engineered to take your money, providing flash in the process. That's not to say some of the newer games aren't great, but you do need to watch yourself maybe a bit more than these older classics. Thanks so much for watching!

In the first 7 minutes the machine felt a bit shy almost as if it did not want to give up the goodies too easily. I played this machine also many years ago and wasn't as succesful as you are now. But the retrigger did it for the dragons. Otherwise you would not have gotten to 20 I think. But 360 dollars on the dragons alone was very good. Good solid payout. Nice session. Thanks for sharing.

I have a love/hate relationship with this game....i play it on $.05 denom and you can hit really big or lose badly...it just takes so long to get a bonus...this and Red Baron.....
