Viva is a 94 metre long boat which is one of the largest yachts ever built at this 100 year old shipyard in the Netherlands, and she is finally ready too head out to sea. However, this will be no easy journey as the shipyard is located inland meaning the only way to transport the 14 metre wide vessel to the sea, is via a labyrinth of narrow and shallow canals.
Witness this two day journey from an aerial perspective in brand new episodes of Europe From Above, Sundays at 8pm, only on National Geographic UK.
The UK home of National Geographic. Inspiring the explorer in everyone.
