HUGE Yellow Jacket Ground Nest | How To Remove A Ground "Bee" Nest | Wasp Nest Removal

HUGE Yellow Jacket Ground Nest dug out of the ground and fed to my animals! Over 1,500 wasps inside!! After getting the nest home and torn apart, I fed it to my animals!
I wanted to give a tour of my relocated nests here on my property, and talk about, why I relocate wasp colonies.

I was an exterminator and I did commercial properties. There was a grocery store that had 10 separate wasp nests around the dumpster. Amazing about the digging. We had a Yellowjacket nest like this in the garden beside our driveway last year, and before I ever saw the nest, I couldn’t figure out why the cars were always covered in soil despite repeated washing. Figured out they’d fly out of the burrow, over the cars, dropping whatever soil they managed to pick up as they tried to dig. Fascinating little buggers.

I read comments, and some viewers who watch videos made by the macho men who destroy ground nests by gasoline, kerosine, torches, flame throwers, (hand grenades if they could) complain that these insects are beneficial and shouldn't be killed. Now I have a link pointing them to you who, amazingly, relocate these little guys (when possible)! It's really refreshing and very informative to see what you do and how you do it. Man from the spiritual level, the wasps in your home have a very relaxed feeling towards you. Like you're a hands off kind of guardian. I can't explain the feeling but they feel you as kind of part of the environment and not a threat. At least not yet. Your energy gives you away in how they behave with you. Meaning they know you enjoy their company. Keep sharing that feeling with them.

it makes me so happy how much compassion you have for these animals. you know them well, and it's so cool to actually see that wonderful wasp memory in action! all you hear is about how wasps are the devil and how no one would care if they went extinct, but the environment says otherwise. your channel is educational and enlightening, and here's to more content to come! i'd love more updates on the barn nests in the future. :-)

I have a ground dwelling bee nest in my yard in Ohio. I don't know what species it is but I was stung twice while mowing my grass. There was an existing hole so I believe they took up residence there. I had a very bad reaction to the bee sting so can't keep them around. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I actually like wasps. We had a large nest on our patio and the wasps never bothered us. They would watch us as we spray painted things or watered plants but they never felt threatened. I'm glad I got to see the nest grow throughout the summer. When winter hit all the wasps died and now the nest is empty. I kind of hope to see more soon.

I've got a whole lot of respect not only for the wasp removal job but for you actually moving nests onto your own property! Too many people would rather just kill em and be done with them, but they do hold an important place in our world... Plus, it's neat to see the ones you have up against the glass! It's like keeping ants, but a different type of bug lol I've also seen pics circulating of wasp nests built around various objects and making the objects look either neater or creepier than before. Perhaps with one of your relocations, you can experiment and place something by a nest to see how the wasps build around it? Surely it wouldn't do any harm and might be a fun video idea!
