actually supposed to write an essay for school rn, but... KIRISHIMA. heres a pov for whoever wants it :) It was finally the end of the school day. You dragged your feet on the way to the dorms, Kirishima walking up to you. "You alright, sunshine? Your walk is all off." You turned your face to him and smiled lightly at the hint of worry on your face. "Yeah, Eiji. I'm fine, just a little tired." As if on cue, you yawned, covering your mouth. Kirishima's usual smile returned. "If you say so. Today's making me a little tired too, actually. We still have a lot of work to do, though." You groaned at the reminder. "Don't remind me. I don't think I'll do anything today." Kirishima took your hand that drooped by your side into both of his, pressing a little kiss onto it. You smiled. "C'mon, we can do everything if we push through. I'll be there to help!" Your eyelids were close to drooping, but you took your hand out of his, instead wrapping your arms around his arm and resting your head on his shoulder as you walked. "Thanks, Eiji." +++ "Oh, my goodness. I'm so tired." You sighed, packing away all the work you'd finally completed. "I'm proud of you. For working, even when you don't feel like it." Kirishima smiled at you, taking your hand and gently pulling you out of your chair. You groaned as you rose, but went quiet when Kirishima engulfed you into a big, warm hug. God, this was all you wanted at this moment. You were quick to snake your arms around his torso and melt into him. "I appreciate that, Ei. I think the world of you, right now. Probably will forever." You could practically feel his smile. "Thank you, sunshine. Wanna cuddle?" _"Please."_ Kirishima chuckled at your willingless, but wasted no time by scooping you up and settling you down gently. Eijirou had a thing for picking you up, especially when you thought he couldn't. The rain added to the sleepy, relaxing mood. The pattering of it against your window, the softness of your pillow and the warmth from your boyfriend had you closer to sleep. The bed had gotten warmer as well; the two of you had been spooning for a little while now. Kirishima was obviously the big spoon; he just really liked the feeling of protecting the person so dear to him; holding them in his arms when they were exhausted. Peaceful silence had fallen on the two of you after you'd talked about school. Yes, you were both so fricking exhausted after having a couple of big tests one after the other. You knew how hard it had been on Kirishima, who was always doubting his schoolwork. "Hey, Kiri?" You called and he answered. "This might seem totally out of the blue, but just know that I'm so, so proud of you. I know you need help with acknowledging your hard work, but--" you yawned. "I'm here to tell you that I'm sure you did amazingly. Because you are amazing." You smiled, even though he couldn't see it. Kirishima responded by peppering kisses on your shoulder blades over your clothing, snuggling closer into you and holding you a little tighter, but not so tight that you would be uncomfortable. "You're so beautiful, sweetheart. Inside and out. Your words mean so much." You could hear the drowsiness in his deepening voice. "Now, go to sleep. I know you're exhausted." Now that you'd said everything you needed to say, your eyelids drooped a little more. You muttered a small 'I love you' before your eyes closed. You'd heard his soft tone whispering back the words to you with a little kiss at the back of your neck before you fell asleep with a small smile. I don’t want to go..” You whispered. “Of course pebble.” He said, giving the top of your head a few pecks. You snuggled closer to him as he rubbed your back, watching the ceiling, the gentle patter of the rain outside lulling you to sleep. If only you could stay like this forever, in his arms, with his ever growing affection for you. But even so, tomorrow would grant the opportunity to see his adorable face, showered in sunlight as the hero students all prepared for another day. *“Do you…think- I could just hold you forever…?”* Kiri said quietly, pulling you closer. “I wish~” you murmured, muffled by his t-shirt. “I’ll *love* you forever though..” he said loyalty, looking down at you.
