I was only allowed free access to the news as a kid (for some reason) I watched so many news stories about murders and deaths yet I never harmed anyone.
Guys, you can’t fix the problem of children seeing this by just saying “your little kid shouldn’t be on RU-vid”. Even if a parent keeps their kid off of RU-vid/social media, they will still hear about it from other kids at school, sports, the park, from cousins, etc Parents, if you think your kid is fine because they don’t have RU-vid, that’s not enough. You need to be having conversations with your kids about this stuff.
Children who learn about things that we often shield them of are proven to be smarter and better at avoiding those things. You need to talk to your kid, they learn from you and if you don't teach them, they will learn from their surroundings, internet or no internet.

The whole conversation about this stuff is so weird because the same people saying "this is evil dont let your kids watch it" are the people giving their 7 year old a smartphone and buying them gta5 and call of duty and whatever else. Trust me, if your child has any sort of access to the internet theyre going to come across things like this.

This is a video that appears designed to appear harmless and attractive to children but is clearly also meant to counter what kids might hear from concerned parents. And parents should be concerned - many Huggy wuggy videos are disturbing, traumatizing even. And seem to promote violence towards self and family. And they are packaged to purposefully appeal to children. Whoever is making these has a sinister agenda and is trying to fly under parents radars. I’m glad police and others are calling these out, parents should know.
Kids should be illegal at this point In general, people suck at parenting and caretaking. Everyone’s overworked, tired, stressed out, anxious, and brainfogged by internet, social media, distractions, etc We need to like resort back to the basics. Communities, service, community gatherings, events, etc, reconnect with nature and basic survival, and maybe even, dare I say, religion?
Too many parents have little choice but to let kids stay on an ipad aka digital pacifier Parents having to work and be mothers/fathers is stupid. Kids are a full time job. And raising kids as a community > raising kids as a working parent reliant on school, babysitters, daycares, after school stuff, and technology/internet/iPads/tv/gaming/etc
@@onward2727 I have 2 boys. Yeah they are hard. As a parent you do not have to give them a tablet, iPad, phone or anything with access to the internet. Parents 100% make the choice to keep their kid quite with an iPad. Internet is not designed for children, an should not have unlimited access to it. If my daycare did iPad time I’d find a new daycare. Toddlers absolutely do not need access. Definitely agree a lot of tired overworked mamas and some just don’t care. Being a parent isn’t easy and that’s what these 2 people signed up.

Cartoon doesn't mean for children, it's an animation style. Also, your children shouldn't ever be on RU-vid unsupervised, that's why RU-vid kids exists. (Also this isn't on RU-vid kids, a good way to tell is that if the comments are on then it can't be on RU-vid kids)

@@botulismcasserole9832 you probably misunderstood me but what I was saying is that parents should monitor what their kids are watching instead of blaming the internet & turning a blind eye to what their kids are watching, the internet in general isn’t a safe place for kids so at the least, in my opinion, parents should monitor what their kids watch, & I stand by my opinion 💯
