HugS Joins Golden Guardians (For Melee Jeopardy) | Melee Jeopardy 

THE INSIDE SCOOP (spoilers if you haven't seen the ending): I played Japanese Melee for a year and have never heard this voiceline, so I spoke with Melee Stats. And apparently what happened was that Falco's REAL line, 敵機撃墜 "tekki gekitsui" (which actually means "enemy aircraft destroyed!") was mis-translated to be 適期撃墜 -- ALSO pronounced "tekki gekitsui", but would mean something like "destroyed in appropriate time" (though this would sound weird to a native Japanese speaker). I assume this got interpreted as "with time to spare". But yes, there's no such voice line. Fox doesn't exactly say this either, but I guessed Fox in the video because out of Fox and Falco, Fox is absolutely the type of personality to be proud of his punctuality. But yeah, it was a mis-translation due to the fact that Japanese is hard and different words sometimes sound the same :D
