dad said at the last part when he walks with his son out the door, "should i come with you?" that line hits me. the caption is not there but that line is powerful, remember when we were kids and our dad is going to work or out and we always said "can i come with you dad?" and you'll cry since you are not allowed?.. daaang it hits me.

This hits me. I'm close to my dad and he passed away last year, a day after his dad/my grandfather passed away. Father's Day was Jun 18th here, my dad's birthday is the next day, June 19th. It's sad that I will never be able to greet him a Happy Father's Day, and a Happy Birthday and get a response anymore. So while y'all still have your loved ones with you, never miss a chance to tell them you love them and stuff. I personally took every chance to tell him I love him but I still feel it wasn't enough.

How could I do that to my father when he left us for 33 years without any support. I cherished my moments with my Grandfather who is my Father figure for the longest time until he passed away in 1997. But you know all the life lessons I learned from my grandfather is still my guiding principles up to now!

I'm glad I made my Dad laughed even when he was bed ridden and dying. I'm just kind of sad that my future kids won't be able to do that to him. That's why try to be you parents' friend once in a while bcos it's a treasurable memory.

My parents for years have been asking me if i could stay at their house and live there. I havent been staying with them more than half of my life. The house and the property was named for me, but i chose not to stay not that i dont love them but it is more convenient for me to stay at my present house. We all love our parents, have misunderstanding sometimes. Parents will always be at their children side no matter what.
