Recipe:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sherry wine
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2-pcs ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha
Marinade chicken overnight. Cook on rotisserie about 1 1/2 hour or until 165F internal. Brush with remaining marinade while cooking.
