Definitely a good Hulk-out. He rips out of his jacket and shirt. That shot of his shirt buttons popping off was in a couple of other episodes. I also noticed on my big screen that David still has his work gloves on when he transformed, too. That would've been cool to see his fingers rip out of them. Oh, well, we didn't see his feet burst out of his boots all the time. There was only so much they could do effects-wise back in the late 1970s and I always thought the metamorphosis was top-notch.

You then actually like Lou Ferrigno as he's the dude the plays the creature.. Unless you like the transforming from David (Bill Bixby) into the creature (Lou Ferrigno) I mean like the in-between demi-hulk.. i know some people are fascinated by transformations... like werewolves transforming and stuff... which is cool to me too.. actually that would have made for a really cool incredible hulk episode!! I have thought about that... imagine in an episode David meets a guy who is a werewolf.. and they both learn of each others tragic changing abilities... and David sets forth into trying to cure the werewolf guy.. and David discovers it's a sort of infectious hormone thats in the werewolf guy's blood that makes him a werewolf.. And certain external and internal influences excite that hormone and that's what triggers the change.. But David runs into all kinds of issues trying to remove the hormone / infection... He also discovers that it can be transmitted through a bite or blood transfusion... a person can be "infected" if they have a bleeding wound and if that wound accidentally comes into contact with an open wound on the guy whose the werewolf... David also discoves a bite infects a victim only when the guy is in his werewolf form. As the hormone at that time is present in the saliva of the wolf but is not when the guy is in his human form.. David would say, it's the most incredible thing i have ever seen!! If a victim is infected... it starts out as a virus in the blood.. The virus then.... mutates into a self replicating hormone that not only thrives in the blood stream, but also gets into every organ, bone and muscle in the victim's body.. it also almost seems to hide itself in the organs and bones throughout the victim's body making it impossible to cure... I don't know... i just have an active imagination.. Pretty good for a dude whose 50.. you think??? lol

He came close in The Incredible Hulk Returns and was interrupted by that guy who was able to summon Thor from the past, and he was cured in a cartoon episode, but he had to go back to being the Hulk in order to combat a threat.
