People always say they prefer 2008 hulk but forget that fact that until he became smart hulk he was always a good savage hulk it’s in Thor ragnorak where he learned to talk when people stoped liking him
@Rage Conquers All bro there is an animated movies in which loki separates banner from hulk and I that movie hulk nearly destroyed asguard, dude I think u should watch that movie even hella was scared of keeping hulk in hell .I available on youtube . That movie clearly showed banner is the only barrier that stopped hulk from its true potential
Anyone else love how completely relentless the Hulk's fighting style (if it can even be called that) is? There's no pauses, no chances for his opponent to get back on their feet or to get some distance, nothing; he just starts fuckin' wailing on them and never lets up.
I also love how he uses his enviorment, ehile iron man has tech weapons, thor has mjlnor and cap has his shield, hulk litterally picks up any objects nesr him and just bashes people in with it lol
That shit had me laughing so hard tge first time I saw it, this movie gave Hulk way more embrace than endgame, as a matter of fact we didn't get any real hulk scenes in endgame, shit sad man.
nah mate, the Russos killed him. God forbid you have character development happen on screen. Professor Hulks cool though, he's the perfect ending to Hulks arc since he's happy, society accepts him and he doesn't need to battle with Banner anymore.
Endgame Hulk was such a letdown. Hulk should have had something as meaningful as Captain Marvel did. The trope of his character is ultimately anger - if anything it was justified to let completely loose on Thanos. Such a wasted opportunity for some epicness.
At Hulk’s core, he is Bruce Banner, the complete opposite of destructive and violent. Banner’s character is not about succumbing to anger, but rather yearning to control it. Hulk lashing out against Thanos again would be him giving into that anger, and even if he were to win, what would it really prove, that he really is just a big violent monster? By becoming “Professor Hulk”, Banner shows he can control and even embrace his Hulk form, no longer having to live in fear or shame. Finally mastering the Hulk, the whole universe was brought back into reality with not just the brawn of the Hulk, but also the brains of Banner.
@@myztory You're partly right but the problem with Endgame is Hulk's arc is complete before the movie begins. It should've ended with him becoming Professor Hulk (finding balance between the two). We didn't get to see that journey. In his first fight with Thanos, Hulk is lashing out wildly and Thanos is calm and controlled, counter-attacking with efficiency. And Captain Marvel didn't deserve the "epic moment" in the film, if anything, they should've let her do the snap instead...but Hulk entering the battle, destroying Thanos's ship and then having a calm fight would show he's grown and learned (kind of like Batman's second fight against Bane).
@@myztory You don't understand the concept of the Hulk at all. You're only depicting Banner. Hulk is the embodiment of rage and anger. This incarnation of professor Hulk had no involvement in combat whatsoever. The snap falling down to the Hulk was poor designation.
What I love about this Hulk is just how fast he is! The fact that he's so fast and technically isn't a speedster like Superman or Flash means he relies entirely on his the power of his muscles to move so fast and shake his body so rapidly. Thus it serves as a testament to just how strong the Hulk is.
Jose Rivas He already beat the Hulkbuster in the comic. Also if you notice, Hulk was relaxed - and therefore weaker - when the Hulk-buster knocked him out. I hope they bring out the "Enraged Gravage Hulk" in the movies, as that is the most powerful incarnation, least I think so...
+mob2uz No way iron man in any carnation could ever beat the Hulk. big black mark on the movie. the producers also lost sight of the fact or did not know that the madder Hulk gets the stronger he gets
howie sherman That's the point, look at the end of the fight closely - he nailed Hulk in the back while he was calm, right before he got a chance to get stronger. And for Hulk to get any stronger, he would have to experience some deep drama like the "World War" Hulk did. This Hulk didn't have that, he was just pissed, so he had a limit.
+Raheel Shahid They went full motion capture this time with some new technology, so all the movements were done by Ruffalo. Weirdly enough some people thought it felt less real.
+smilehimself They're real.. cos you know they literally are real on account of the fact that they did mo cap but the thing is in most movies we take big monstrous characters like the Hulk and give them heavier slower movements to give a sense of weight to them and that's what we're used to which is why this looks a bit off to us
Funny thing is: *The Hulk is actually manifested out of Bruce’s dissociative identity disorder. His anger, frustration and anxiety that were bottled up since he was abused as a child was what contributed to these emotions developing an alternate personality. This, combined with the gamma radiation is what made him develop the Hulk as a personality that comes out whenever he’s anxious or angry. You should do some research into it, it’s really interesting.*
@@lukez9721 sure, but that's beside the point. The reason was later explained to be what the above poster said. Nothing that you said is any indication that op was at all wrong.
I like the sound effects for him jumping. It helps convey that he's launching himself with extreme force, enough to make somewhat of an audible concussive blast that possibly even leaves a mark from where he jumps off from (it's one thing to leave a crater when you land, it's another to leave a crater at the spot where you were standing). Cause yeah to propel himself such distances, he'd have to exert tremendous force through his legs and into the ground to create the lifting action. Whereas Iron Man has continuous and smooth propulsion through his repulsors, Hulk only has one moment of propulsion, and is basically doing the equivalent of Quake/TF2 rocket jumping.
I love how in the end it Shows Hulk catch up to Ultrons jet and toss him out, before simply sitting and contemplating to himself. Alone and on his way to who knows where.
Even though it's the same version. I will always love the way hulk was done in age of ultron and avengers 1. Hes so animalistic and wild and absolutely primal with every roar he makes and every lunge, landing, jump, attack...its just so fucking cool
@Gabe Markneed I remind you that this is a personal opinion that I personally like nor do I care about you feel about this "fact" that only a few people share with you. That "green hairless ape" is the type of mannerism I wanna see in hulk rather then trying to humanize him hes cooler like that
@Rage Conquers All maybe..i mean they pulled off deadpool right? I think hulk should be on that side of marvel. He is a killing beast! His movies should be violent and gory.,as well. I hope they go that route with the next version of him later on
@@landsend3417 After this current phase I want a Logan style Old Man Hulk movie, where he finally gets to die in peace.. Rated R and just crazy gory action
@@suprememeek1635 yea but i dont think ruffalo is close to being done..the dude will milk it as long as he can lol and his character is mostly cgi so he doesnt even have to do much
@UCf8i_Wcf5m4n0NbnIJ23Xdg why do you feel the need to be a negative little bitch and insult people for no reason? Get the fuck off youtube you absolute manchild
@@jf8346 seeing him in 2012 when I was 8 years old, I didn't even know what a "hulk" was, so he almost made me pee my pants. I'd say that was when the Hulk was truly the Hulk. Now, hes fucking pathetic.
This is the Hulk I'd have liked to have seen go up against Thanos. Sure, Thanos was/is a skilled fighter.. But I think this is the version of the Hulk that comic-book Thanos actually respects and kind of almost fears.. Because of the Hulk's capabilities and abilities.
When the hulk is alone. He is in control and most of the time is fine, when other people show up. It looks to me as If that somehow terrified him, like he has terrible hallucinations and sees other living beings as enemy's that want to kill him. And he is defending himself like a cornered animal. I love you my little green science bro 💚💚💚
i cant get over how good the cgi looks in some certain scenes its almost believably realistic. at 2:59 is a perfect example of great cgi and lighting. could you imagine how good cgi hulk will look in 10 to 20 years from now?
I feel the Hulk would be one of the scariest Avengers to face off against. He’s brutal, fast, merciless, and very durable. Seeing him charging straight at you would probably not be topped by many other sights.
3:07 is the best to me. It really shows the extent of his abilities and strength, he leaped high as fuck to get to the city, then he muscles hid way up those rocks. I loved it
This Hulk was perfect, from Thor Ragnarok onwards the character went down the drain, as I would have liked a movie with this Hulk alone, but the Russo brothers spoiled it, Joss Whedon did respect and understand perfectly to the character of Dr. Bruce Banner and Hulk
@@earthsgard It did not bother me that Thanos defeated the Hulk, in the comics Thanos took the hulk by the neck, what bothered me was the fact that the Hulk was afraid and that in end game he did not have a rematch, nor an action scene they gave him to poor hulk, I like the russo brothers, but what they did with the hulk was terrible, it seems that the russo hate the character
@@adrianreyna9909 yes I agree with you totally ... tone him down I love the hulk but they took all that built up energy and power away from him in one fight with thanos (I know he is very powerful)... I was very disappointed 😞... I know the comics have lots more in them than what we see on the big screen and I know they have free reign over scripts story's and plotlines, but this is the hulk, now he's all sophisticated and signing autographs 😆🤣 ... like hulk was bout to smash surtur ... I laughed my head off at that one, he's got big heart to go SMASH him... slaughtered fenris wolf 🐺 killed a god there... And now we are left with this disappointment, could they even make another hulk movie now the way he is...
@@earthsgard I don't know why, but I have the small hope that the old hulk will return for the she-hulk series, because he will return abomination, possibly General Ross will transform into a red hulk and I cannot imagine the influencer hulk fighting against these 2 beasts, now, the Fantastic 4 and the X-men are coming, and Marvel Studios owes us a classic Hulk vs the thing and a Hulk vs Wolverine, and for that the wild and angry Hulk is needed
This movie is more of a tragedy for hulk than anything. This is when hulk realizes that no matter how much he tries to help people, he’s always going to be viewed as a nuclear bomb with a timer wherever he goes on earth. So hulk decides to leave earth and go to somewhere where people will live along the hulk in comfort.
Yeah, it’s the opposite of Banner’s arc in the first Avengers. Whereas Banner overcomes his insecurities about being a monster, Hulk falls victim to them and abandons everyone.
Last time we saw the true Hulk 😟, we have thank we got a good hulk prior to ragnarok guys, for me it's a very important character bc the message that it gave in the 2003 one to not feel week or inferior for showing emotion is very touching for me. The mcu incredible hulk and avengers 1 & 2, show us the acceptance of bruce of the hulk a theme that could clearly have shine perfectly in planet hulk, unfortunately it didn't happen now we see she hulk twerking and how Bruce is being called week, modern hulk it very offensive to me bc he was my stronghold for a long time, but Im glad what it came before it.
dude what kills me is the definition in those muscle. in particular his back. the time and effort and money put into those muscles had to be in the sky range.
Yea I notice that Everytime. It's incredible ,if every t.v show and movie could get c.g like this, or Atleast the ones I watch, I don't think I would want anything else from humanity.
+Aaron Turner Indeed. I also like seeing Hulk spring ridiculous lengths and heights. I know he did that in first one but this one is much more apparent.
Hulks progression in the MCU is very well done and intriguing. From the start, hulk is basically an infant. Smashing and being angry from the lack of his understanding around him. But has he progressive from every transformation, he basically ages a certain amount of time. This is why, at the end, hulk ends up fleeing because he experiences an emotion he has not experienced before and there for runs and seeks some type of understand. when we see him in Thor, he has pretty much become a teenage in essence, but his vocabulary is still that of an infant child because all he really learned was fighting and adoration. Would love to see the more educated hulk in the future movies. where he ends up respecting Banner because he opts to learn from him., instead of just hating him. Thanks for the upload! good watch.
+Rodney Davis Hope they do come out with _Planet Hulk_. If that film does not end up coming out, I really hope *Hulk* comes out in _Guardians of the Galaxy 2_. Since he will be the only Avenger to not appear in _Thor: Ragnarok_ or _Captain America: Civil War_, he will most likely be in the _Guardians_ sequel since he was once part of the team. I hope I am correct on this 💯.
Alex Dorisca they "said" he crashed in Fiji..This of SHIELD remember, they lie a lit. and Fury in the comics was in on the plan of they illuminati to shoot Hulk into space
@@pxxsa4043 he fought in the final battle, look at this gif: www.reddit.com/r/marvelstudios/comments/cfn9mn/while_they_may_not_have_showed_it_as_much_as/?
If you think about it. Hulk was the one who beat Loki. Hulk was the one who stopped Ultron from escaping. And Hulk was the one who Reversed the Snap and survived.... so y’all need to cut him some serious slack. He’s the biggest hero. And now that he’s happy with his professor hulk form everyone wants old Hulk back. Let him relax lol. He saved the world/universe. -I know they all did it together I’m just saying he’s a huge asset.
