He's ALWAYS angry. And it's not just about strength. Mental toughness, focus, intelligence, cunning. The 2008 has those qualities going for him as well. He can channel his rage better and outsmart the 2003. 2008 is the best because it has the best elements of both the comic book and the tv show. 2008 should also win for the simple fact that he's the biggest star in the biggest movie of all of them.

The problem is not the strength here unlike MCU, this is just one movie and yet it has so many abilities unlike the MCU hulks had ever shown. His enemy cannot really be defeated by physicalities as was shown, with every fight he puts up, he drains hulks powers with it, even his fist go through the enemy as they were not there like in the water form and also you want to see strength? This hulk managed to dig through the land of San Francisco and he did not only in UNDERWATER but also in minutes and he can also swim very fast despite having no knowledge of it, and he has to destroy tons and pounds of earth and rock to get through San Fran and he did this I say again in minutes or in a day he made drillers or anything we have look like toothpicks and there are not one of them can be used underwater or any at all at the moment that hulk can do and also unlike MCU with every walk this hulk does, the grounds shook, this was even felt in the escape scene and managed to get through the surface in seconds as the base was underground and can only be accessed by the tunnel of which they go through. So again, strength is not an issue here and also unlike 2008 that will kill, this hulk has been shown to prevent that by just scaring the soldiers he encounters on the escape and jet scene.

@@duprez2 and also the hulk 2003 has been shown to adapt and evolve with every fight he is in and he does this even without his own control like him growing at the house scene and in every scene he is in and along with the power he has shown at the end that had unleashed his full power to the point that his after cannot take it all and even in human form, he is still adding more and all of this is pinpointed to his trauma that goes on and on and has been with him along with the hulk at his childhood. And unlike MCU, the 2003 his shown more promise to the source rather than MCU like with the origin story of his father being abusive that made him who he is, his mother dying because of it and his father working on the project of gamma that he bombed in the day he killed his wife and set Bruce and hulk on a path of pain and agony.

And unlike 2008 that kills soldiers and anything in his way, 2003 has shown control and that is a hell lot of control for not killing people and this is hulk in control, not banner. Hulk 2003 only needs more enemies that can be punched to show more of his feats, that's it, he was going to feature that in the sequel but it was cancelled, the 2008 enemy was suppose to be his enemy not the MCU.

@@fiazmohammed549 because I think that version of Hulk has many similarities like the Hulk in the comics because 2003 Hulk has shown healing ability, grows bigger the more angry he gets, jumps at higher distances also he's shown his gamma power whenever he gets angry. BTW I like all versions of Hulk whether it's 1978, 2003, 2008 or 2012.
