If you notice Hull Royal Infirmary at the beginning, it's about 12-14 floors tall, but in places like Ipswich, Portsmouth, Southampton, Cardiff, Liverpool, Bournemouth, Plymouth, Norwich etc, the city centres have buildings 25/30/35/40 and 50 plus storeys that can be seen for miles around, and those cities are roughly the same size as Hull and are all coastal cities too. London has hundreds of new buildings that are 15/30/40/50/60/80+ floors and it is a shame that there isn't any really tall landmark buildings in Hull city centre that can be seen all over the city (there has been many plans to build various hotels, offices and apartments but they either never get built or are between 5-10 floors, maybe 12-15 maximum). Hull would look great from the River Humber or arriving along Beverley Road or Hedon Road or Clive Sullivan Way if there was a handful of 15-20-25-30 storey buildings, as landmarks in the centre of the city.
Bus was passed by a lorry with Crown paints. Bus is going to Cottingham. My cousin was a rep for Crown paints. My cousin lives in Cottingham. Creepy or what.
