J’ai découvert cette musique au cours d’un reportage sur le rugby au Fidji, Samoa et Tonga sur RU-vid. C’est comme si le violon nous rappelait notre condition de poussière face à l’immensité de la nature, et que les chants et les claquements nous témoignaient la grandeur dont l’Homme est capable lorsque ses intentions sont bonnes, lorsqu’il comprend que lui aussi fait partie intégrante de la nature. Je suis tres peu expressif mais je dois dire que la beauté de cette musique m’a mis la larme à l’oeil tout en oubliant les problèmes ridicules qui dictent notre quotidien et l’univers médiatique d’aujourd’hui.
