Not exactly, since "the Killing Blow" here is referring to the combat doctrine Mont'ka, not the act of a strike that kills the opponent. I guess that since the Tau commander just said "Perfect Mont'ka" it would be a bit clunky from a writing standpoint to have the squad member reply "Humans die easily to Mont'ka", so they used the gothic/English name for it instead.
