@carolynvines2027, similar things happened to me. He came to you because he knew you will "see him". When person dies, they do not carry personality connected to the body. Maybe he wanted to apologise but didn't know how. My view is, if the family wouldn't believe you, I wouldn't tell; it's pointless, until they're ready to hear. I had a precognitive dreams of something bad coming, but wasn't shown more. Then two young man, connected to the same family died in accidents within 3 months of each other. One of them came in spirit and as soon as I got the message of his passing, I became aware of his presence. He was touching my hand at night and this scared me so much that I had an out of body experience. When I went to a spiritualist church for help, he passed a message for the parents not to suffer and grieve as he's ok and well. I received this message twice then he was gone. Before my granny passed away, very specific dream showed me a little baby girl dying, then in the next few weeks I discovered she passed away. My cat and dog came to me in my dreams to show they are ok and healthy again as I was suffering the loss. There was more interesting dreams, but too much to write here. Because you gave a request not to be shown any more visions, that's why they've stopped. I think that we are only showed what we can deal with or how far our ability goes?! It''s important to say thank you for what we receive, even if we do not understand and to ask for more information if possible. Just recently, I came across a comment when a woman demanded not to be showed any more visions and guidance she was receiving and it all stopped. After realising that she lost a lot of every day guidance she was asking others, how to get it back. To get it back is to start asking, gtrusting and saying thank you. I believe that most of the messages we receive come from our own higher self/intuition/spirit/god, which is who we really are without the body. All the best.
