Best part of Steve-O is taking accountability. it’s hard to like someone who doesn’t hold themselves accountable for anything and I felt Steveo made such an effort to own it all.

Simultaneously the worst role model for his stunts and addictions in the past, and now the best role model for turning it all around and being the most genuine and sweet guy while still being hysterical and doing stupid stunts.

This is my 6th day of soberity after 3 years of daily benders. I won't lie Steve O I wasn't a die hard fan as a kid. But found you again after you got right and made this amazing podcast. I told myself if Steve O can do it then I can too. I'm grateful to no end. I've a long way to go but taking it day by day and have your library of videos for company. I definitely learn from Steve-O... It's easy to watch and choose what not to do but it's almost impossible to grow without it happening. I'm adopting the attitude of live and learn, don't be ashamed. I am who I am. Ive done a lot of cringe shit and finally learned how to get in front of it if it happens or not let it happen. It's hard to know before you know.

You know Steve ever since you got sober except recently lol which was needed, the way you are really motivated me years ago to change my life and get sober as well. I also seek growth from your words and the fact you say you don't want to show things but you will for us. Means a lot and is something I do but when I speak of my past. I am not ashamed I believe in growth. Some plateau their minds from growth but people like you and I we keep growing.

I feel like steveo still got an addiction to the limelight that got him fucked up in the first place. You can tell he really cares what ppl think about him and him needing reassurance on the plane like that proves it. Shit even him renting the trucks and sitting on top of it like that and saying "people actually were loving it" shows he just be doing shit for us. Crazy what fame does love you tho steveo
