This video will help sell a bunch of Jeeps. Seriously though, I gotta hand it to you Hummer guys for getting out there. Best parts are the endless metal to rock screeching sounds and all the crazy roll cages surrounding the hood and headlights. Those are some big vehicles!
Don't believe everything you read, that's how bad rumors start. I take my H2 offroad all the time and it's great offroad. The wide, low stance makes it stable. I've owned 4 hummers, (2) H2, H1 and a H3. I bought the H2 first then sold it to buy a H1. The H1 was crap on road because it rides outside the groves of the road so you fight with it on the freeway. I sold that to buy another H2, which I still have. I also own a H3 for commuting. Until you've experienced it yourself, you can't say it.
Hey buddy, could you tell me what type lights those are that are mounted to the door post on the H2 at around the 7:11 mark in this video? I'd appreciate it!~~John
Its funny how Jeep people get on Hummer mostly ( H2and H3 ) videos and start complaining about how terrible they are off-road, when you rairly see hummer owners complaining how bad jeeps are. You can get an 08 adv cheap these days and it can do everything a rubicon can do offroad. Now I will admit once you start putting 37+" tires and many other mods they will obviously do better offroad. But how many people do that? not to many from what I hear. I love Jeeps and Hummers. Part 2 coming-
H2 was not aired down, not locked and driver is a new to mountains. H3T was fully locked up, aired down and better tires. more advanced drivers took harder line to the left.
+sirtubemaster Guys first trip out, he went out and got 2 sets of wheels with MTR and a Baja T/A's afterwards. A lot of H1's are still riding around on 10-20 year old GSA's and MT's on 16.5" steel wheels that never seen any miles.
I can imagine why there is so much bikkering. Keep your opinions to yourself. As long as they are having fun responsibly, there should be no problem at all. But people just like to be dicks, and just ignore them.
Lol its like watching 15 year olds learning to drive. Can we say unexperienced. "Wanna be 4x4" hummer. A jeep would of crawled up and down those rocks without even breaking a sweat. Watching you guys. reminds me of watching Asians drive. Accident waiting to happen lol..
Go ahead if you canacford two age wear and tear on your rig at a rate of wear equal to three years in a weekend. Probably more. Id be pissed if l bought an abused rig
