Mike Dugan, Bill Gustin, and the other members of the panel examine prefire planning with a focus on stretching hose into complicated buildings. Preplanning helps determine the amount of hose, the number of personnel to stretch and advance, and the most expedient method. They will be joined by special guests Capt. Chris Morales from Miami-Dade (FL) Fire Rescue and Chief Ken Yost from Broward County (FL).
