I agree. Ashar knew Sara for years while he has only known Khirad for a couple of months so it makes sense that he would trust Sara much more but he shouldn’t keep avoiding the problems that he has. Having conversations about your feelings helps to build trust in a relationship and it helps both people understand each other better. He kept assuming things instead of taking to Khirad which began causing problems. I honestly don’t think Ashar truly loved Khirad in the way he thought he did. He forever broke his relationship with his wife over a small misunderstanding. Ashar failing to trust his wife was the beginning of when his relationships with everyone else began to slowly fall apart.

I agree with you. He should of kept his distance from Sara knowing her feelings. In a way he was leading her on and was causing her feelings to get stronger.

Very true. When I first watched this when I was younger I didn’t see any issues with Ashar but as I have grown I have realized he is problematic. He really didn’t know what love is. Even though he loved Khirad he didn’t trust her whatsoever. That lack of trust stopped him from being open to her about his feelings. He didn’t let his guard down to show that he wasn’t as confident as he appeared and that he was insecure. He kept pushing Khirad away and getting mad at her for not understand his mood. Apart of really loving someone is when you are able to turn to that person during hard times. Ashar didn’t truly love Khirad in the way he thought he did. He caused all of their problems and made a big deal out of nothing.

He truly acted like a kid who didn’t trust his own feelings. It took nothing to make Ashar question his feelings.

Ashar and Khirad at this point had been together for less than a year. They didn’t fully understand how the other person would respond to certain feelings. Khirad had no way of knowing it was because he was jealous since he never told her. He could of been mad about anything. Khirad really trusted Ashar. She believed that their love for each other was strong and that he would tell her how he felt since prior to this he told her that he loved her. Khirad didn’t think that anything would crack their relationship

Regardless u can trust someone and u can still not want your wife to speak to men , his only fault was he didn’t express how he felt that’s all. But she should have knowledge not to let any man close to her

I agree. Khirad wasn’t very friendly with Khizer. Your right, Ashar knew Sara loved him but kept going out with her. He really had double standards. He never told Khirad how he really felt. Even at the end he never told her
